How we prepare different type of Sauces

  White sauce
           Ingredients:-
                   1.Two table spoon butter
                   2.Two spoon fine floor
                   3.Four cups milk
                   4.Half cup grated cheese
                   5.Half table spoon salt
                   6.Half table spoon white peeper
                Method :-
                         Melt butter in a heavy pan and add fine floor in it . cook it in slow fire for 5 minutes. now add all the ingredients. cook till it is of coating consistency .

 Cheese sauce 
                Ingredients:-
                    1.Two table spoon butter
                   2.Two spoon fine floor
                   3.Four cups milk
                   4.Half cup grated cheese
                   5.Half table spoon salt
                   6.Half table spoon white peeper
                Method :-
                    Melt butter in a heavy pan and add fine floor in it .Cook it till light brown . Now add all the ingredients and cook it for five minutes on slow fire .stir it continuously.
