Ingredients.
1.200 gm paneer cut it into small pieces
2.500gm chopped tomatoes
3.One table spoon chopped ginger
4.Two table spoon ghee
5.Two crushed green cardamon
6.Half table spoon sugar
7.One table spoon salt
8.Half t able spoon garam masala
9.Half table spoon red chilli powder
10.One table spoon tomato ketchup
11.Four table spoon cashew nuts or magaz
12.Two table spoon kasoori methi
13.Half cup milk or cream
Method:-
In a deep dish cover and microwave the tomatoes,ginger and half cup of water for 5 minutes.
Microwave ghee and ilachi for two minutes.add salt, sugar, red chilli powder and garam masala.Mix it well.Add fresh tomato puri and tomato ketchup in it.Mix it properly. Covered the microwave for four minutes.Stir it once. Microwave uncovered for four minutes again.
Add cashew nut spaste and kasoori methi in it.Mix it properly.Add half cup of water in it.Microwave it for three minutes.Add pieces of paneer in it.Pour milk or cream in it to get a red thick gravy.
Microwave it for two minutes.Serve it hot with chapati.
