How we prepare bangan ka bharta in microwave


Ingredients
         1.One medium brinjal of round variety
         2.Two table spoon oil
         3.Two chopped onions
         4.I" pice chopped ginger
         5.One green chilli
         6.Two table spoon coriander powder
         7.One fourth table spoon garam masala
         8.Half table spoon degi mirch
         9.One fpurth table spoon salt
        10.Apinch of haldi
        11.Two table spoon ready made tomato puri
        12.One chopped tomato

Method:-
Wash brinjal .Prick it with fork.Place wet brinjal in a micro proof flat dish.Microwave it for 5 minute.Let it cool down.Cut it in to half and scoop out the pulp with a knife.Mash pulp and keep it aside.

In the same dish put oil,onions,,ginger,green chillies,coriander powder,garam masaladegi mirch.

Add brinjal pulp.Mix it properly andand microwave it for eight minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes,tomato puree and third fourth table spoon salt in it.Mix it properly and micro wave covered for six minutes. Serve it hot.
