How we make mughlai pulav


Ingredients:-
      1.Two cups rice
      2.Four cups water
      3.One cup grated paneer
      4.One cup grated khoya
      5.One cup dry nuts
      6.One table spoon saffron
      7.Three cloves
      8.One table spoon cumin seeds
      9.One table spoon garam masala
     10.One cup peas
     11.One cup onions
     12.Two cardamons
     13.Salt according to taste 
Method:-
          Put pan on a flame. Pour oil in it.Heat it and add all the condiments in it.

Now add grated khoya and paneer in it.Cook it for two minute.Now add rest of the things.

When it boils cook it on slow flame.till water is soaked.Mughlai pulav is prepared.Serve it hot.
