How we make potato rolls



Ingredients:-
     For the dough:-
              1.One cup maida
              2.Six table spoon oil
              3.One table spoon salt
              4.One table spoon baking powder
           
Method:-
        Mix all the ingredients together.Make a plain dough with the help of water.Keep it aside for 15 minutes.

Now roll it with the roller like a chapati.Bake it on a gas tan door for three minutes or in electric oven for five minutes.

Ingredients for the covering:-
        1.Two boiled chopped potatoes. 
            2.Half cup tomato ketchup
            3.Four table spoon chilly sauce
            4.Two green chopped chillies
            5.Half cup coriander leaves
            6.50 gtm grated chease
            7.Salt according to taste 
Method:- 
   Mix all the ingredients together except cheese.Now put this mixture over baked roll.Decorate it with cheese.Bake it in a gas tan door for three minute and in electric oven for five minute. Potato rolls are prepared . Serve it with sauce or chatni.
