How we prepare pizza in Gas tandoor at home

 
Ingredients:-
          For the dough
             1.Two cups maida
             2.Two table spoon fresh yeast
             3.One table spoon salt
             4.One fourth cup oil
             5.One fourth cup hot water
             6.Four table spoon oil
             7.Four table spoon butter
            
Method:-
Mix yeast and sugar with hot water. Keep it aside for fifteen minutes.Put salt and oil in yeast.Mix it well.With this water make a maid a dough. In summer Keep it aside for one hour In winter keep it aside for two hours. Now roll it with the rollar as thick as you want.Put it in the baking tin.Pizza base is prepare.

 Ingredients:-

           For the covering:-
                1.Half  cup pizza paste 
                2.Half cup tomato paste
                3.Two table spoon chilly sauce
                4.One table spoon salt
                5.One table spoon butter 
                6.Two onions cut it round
                7.Two capsicum cut it round
                8.Half cup grated cheese
                9.Few coriander leaves.
Method:-
     Except cheese and butter mix all the ingredients together and put this mixture on the maida base.On the top decorate it with grated  cheese and butter.

Bake it with the gas tan door for eight minutes.Pizza is ready to eat. Serve it hot with different sauces.
