How we make chana dal payassam

                                           
       


                                                                                                                                                  
 Ingredients:- 
         1. One cup channa dal
         2.Two and half cups milk
         3.Two cardamon pods(cracked)
         4.One cup thick coconut milk 
         5.Half cup juggary 
         6.Two table spoon ghee
         7.One table spoon almonds
         8.One table spoon cashew nut
         9.One table spoon rasins 

Method:-

Wash channa dal well and soak in 3 cups of water for two hours. Combine the dal with the milk and cardamon and microwave at 750 W for 15 minutes till the dal almost done. Stir it in the coconut milk 
and jaggery and microwave it at 650 W for another 10 minutes.Allow  to stand in the ovan for four five minutes. Give the payassam another stir. Remove from the ovan and keep covered.

In the small ovan proof bowl, heat the ghee for four five minutes using the forced air mode . Add the dired fruits and cook for four  minutes.

Mix half the nuts in to the  channa dal  payassam and use the reserved half to granish the payassam . Served warm or chilled.
 

How we make Macroni Cheese Bake

                                      
 Ingredients:-
               1.One liter water
               2.One table spoon salt
               3.One table spoon oil
              4.One cup macroni
For the cheese sauce:-
            1.One cup reserved oiling liquid
            2.One and half cup milk
            3.Three table spoon refined flour
            4.One table spoon salt
            5.Four table spoon grated cheese
            6.One half table spoon mixed herbs
            7.One forth table spoon black peeper
            8.Three table spoon grated cheese
            9.Two table spoon butter

Method :-
         Pour the water,salt and oil,an oven proof dish to a boil . keeping it in the microwave mode for 5 minute.This procedure takes 8 minutes. Add the macroni in the boiling water and cook partially .covered for 7 minutes.in the jet mode.
Drain the macroni, retaining the boiling liquid . Refresh the the macroni in fresh water to stop further any other cooking.Place the macroni in a sieve or a colander and set aside.

For the cheese sauce:-

 Heat butter in a borosil bowl at crisp mode for two minutes. Add refined flour and again keep it for two three minutes on crisp mode.String it between. Mix in the boiling liquid , milk and salt till no lumps remain.Cook it microwave mode for three four minutes .

Add the cheese , herbs and peeper to the sauce coats the macroni evenly.

Put the macroni into a greased baking dish and sprinkled the grated cheese.Baked into the crisped mode for 3 minutes and serve hot.

How to prepare Rawa Idli

                                                              
Ingredients 
          1. One cup semolina flour 
          2.One cup yoghurt
          3. One forth table spoon sodium bi carbonate 
          4.One table spoon salt 
          5.Two chopped green chillies
          6.Half inches piece of ginger peeled and chopped 
          7.One table spoon green chopped coriander 


 For the tempering 
                                 One table spoon ghee or oil 
                                 One table spoon mustered seeds 
Method:-
          Combine  semolina yoghurt,salt ,sodium bi carbonate and mix it well.

        Add green chillies,ginger,green chopped coriander to the semolina mixture and whisk well to make a smooth batter .in a bowl, combine ghee and the mustered seeds and cook it in the crisp mode for  one min 30 sec and mix it in to the idli batter .

To steam the idlies , pour water in a deep dish , till the dish is half full.Oil the individual compartments of the idli steamer. put approximately one or two table spoon of the idli batter in each and place the steamer in to the dish. cover with a suitable lid and microwave at 750 W for three minutes .Rawa idli is prepared .Take the idlies out and serve with coconut chutney.

How to prepare apple picklets

                                    
Ingredients:-
             1.One and half cup wheat floor
             2.Two table spoon brown sugar
             3.Fresh apple puree
             4.Half cup thick beated curd
             5.One forth table spoon baking powder
             6.Oil for frying
Cut an apple and peel it .Than grind with mixer .
     
 Method :-
                           Mix all the ingredients except oil and beat them . After beating the Mixture we put the water in mixture according to need .Put some butter in non stick pan than put mixed paste on it and prepare a thick pan cakes.Begin fried pan cakes.from both side till light brown.

Serve apple picklets with  mango curry .

Mango curry :-
      
             Ingredients:-
                1. Some pieces of sweet and sour mango
                2.One  big spoon oil
                3. Mustard seeds, cumin seed  sauf  hing according to taste
             
   Method :-
                Put the oil in a pan and heat it . Mustard seeds, cumin seed sauf and hing in it .Than put all the mango pieces and spices in it .When they ripe than add some basin in it .Stir it wellfor two min .Corriender leaves spread on it.

The mango curry has been prepared to eat.

How we make dal makhani

                                                                   Dal Makhanii
Ingredients:-
                  1. One cup uraddal
                  2.One  forth cup rajma 
                  3.One table spoon salt 
                  4. Two and half table spoon ginger paste 
                  5.Three and half table spoon garlic paste  
                  6.One cup tomato puri
                  7.One cup tomato puri 
                  8.One table spoon red chilli powder 
                  9.Half cup white butter 
                 10.Three forth cup cream 


      Method :-
                       Wash the lentils in running water and soak over night or for a minimum for 10 hours.Put drained lantiles   in adeep owen- proof dish along with the salt and cook it in the JET  mode for  eighteen minutes or untill the lentils are cooked.

Mash the lentinles lightly and add the ginger paste ,garlic paste , tomato puri, red chilli powder and the butter, continue to cook in the JET mode for 20 minutes 


Finally add three forth of the cream and cook it in the microwave  mode for  5 min at 750 w.


Ladle the dal in to a bowl correct the seasoning and granish with the remaining cream .

How we make paneer tikka

                                                    Paneer Tikka


  Ingredients:-
                  1. 500 gm cottage paneer or cheese

  For the marinade
                 1.One forth cup hung yoghurt
                 2.Two table spoon garlic paste
                 3.One table spoon ginger paste
                 4.One table spoon turmeric powder
                 5.One table spoon red chilli powder
                 6.Half table spoon cumin powder
                 7.One forth cup mint leaf
                 8.Four table spoon lemon juice
                 9.Half table spoon salt
                10.One table spoon oil
                11.One forth cup unsettled butter melted
      Method:-
       Cut cottage cheese in to twelve equal cubes and set aside in a bowl.

       Combine all marinated  ingredients (except the oil and butter)and blend well.

       Marinate the cheese cubes with the marinade in the refrigerator for at least three hours.
    
       To grill  the paneer cubes, pre heat the crisp plate using the crisp mode for two minutes. drizzle
       the oil on the crisp plate .

       Drain away all the excess marinade from the paneer cubes and place on top of the plate and
      cook for three minutes.

      Turn the sides of the paneer to ensure even browning and cook for another two min 30 sec .Paneer tikka is prepared.base the paneer with the melted butter and  serve hot it with Indian bread and chatni .
 
      Note :- convection users can pre heat the cavity for 15 min on convection mode at 200degree centigrade
    

  place marinated paneer cubes and keep it at convection mode at 200 degree centigrade
         for 8 to 10   minutes.





How we prepare eggless cake

                                             Egg less sponge cake

Ingredients:-
               1.One and three forth cup maida
               2.One cup refined maida
               3.One cup sugar
               4.One cup curd
               5.One table spoon coco powder
               6.One table spoon sodium bi carbonate
               7.Four five table spoon milk
  Method:-
 Take all the ingredients and mix them well with the electric beater.

Grease the crisp plate with one table spoon oil. Dust it one table spoon flour.

Pour the cake better on the crisp plate and keep it on crisp mode for  12 to 15 minutes . Cool the cake for at least 30 to 45 minutes.Cake is ready.

 Serve it with the topping of your desire .

 Note :- Convection users can pre heat the cavity at 180 degree Centigrade for 15 to 20 min and than pour the cake batter in a greased baking tin and keep it in micro wave at convection for 40 to 50 minutes or till the time when inserted knife comes out completely clean.

How we make rice in microwave.

          1. Vegetable birayani :-                           cooking time:- 14min
                           Ingredients:-                                                           preparation :-  5min
                                                     1. one cup basmati rice
                                                     2.one large onion sliced
                                                     3.half cup boiled peas
                                                     4.one small cauliflower flowerets
                                                     5.one large chopped tomato
                                                     6.one table spoon ginger and garlic paste
                                                     7.salt according to taste
                                                     8.half table spoon red chilly powder
                                                     9.one forth spoon turmeric powder
                                                    10.one table spoon biryani masala
                                                    11.two table spoon oil
                                                    12.some fried nuts
                        spices:- 
                                                     1. two laung
                                                     2.three four sabut kalimirchi
                                                     3.one table spoon cumin seed
                                                     4.one bay leaf
                                                     5.one moti illaichi crushed
                          Method :-
                                                   Soak rice for one hour .In a borosil bowl take rice and put four cup water and add whole spices and salt in it.keep it in at microwave mode for 20 minutes.strain rice and keep it in aside.in a borosil bowl heat oil for two minutes at microwave mode .

Add onion and cook it on the crisp mode for 3three minutes .Add all the vegetables, salt and spices and cook it in microwave at crisp mode for 5-6 minutes. Add one cup of water cover the bowl and keep it on microwave mode for three four minutes.

In the serving bowl arrange fried nuts and spread a layer of rice on it then arrange a layer of vegetables , repeat the two layers and finaly with the rice layer at top keep it covered in the microwave mode for three four minutes.

convert the bowl in service plate.

served it with plain curd or raita

note:- to increase the nutritional value of birayani we add boiled spinach puree in sute in butter with salt and pepper.

                   2. Pulav:-                                            cooking time:-21 min
                                          Ingredients:-                                                preparation :-70min
                                                       1. Half cup basmati rice
                                                       2.one fourth cup oil or ghee
                                                       3.one cup thin sliced onion
                                                       4.three cloves
                                                       5.four green cardamon
                                                       6.one black cardamon
                                                       7.six pepper corn
                                                       8.two cinnamon sticks
                                                       9.one table spoon cumin seeds
                                                     10.one bay leaf
                                                     11.salt according to taste
                                                     12.two cup water
                                                    13.a few fried cashew nuts
                                                     14. a few fried resin
                                                     15. a few fried  almonds
                                Method :-

                                        wash the rice well and soak it in sufficient water for one hour .drain and set aside.

in a shallow proof dish heat the oil in crisp mode for two minutes .Add the sliced onion and cook till they are light golden to brown using the crisp mode for three  four minutes.

add the whole garam masala and cook till fragrant , in the crisp mode for 1 min 30 second .

Add the rice along with the salt and water and cook covered in the microwave mode for 8 minute at 850 w .

finish the  pulav by cooking it in the microwave for another  three minutes30 seconds at 650 w

For best results leave the covered dish of pulav in the ovan for another minute before serving .

To get more flavored rice you can add vegetables like cauliflower peas etc.


              3. lemon rice 
                                                                                                                       
                                                                                                       cooking time:-16min
                                                                       preparation :-15min
              Ingredients:- 
                            1.one cup rice soaked for one hour
                            2.two one fourth cup water
                            3.one forth cup turmeric powder
                            4.one inches piece grated ginger
                            5.one table spoon salt
      
           For the tampering :-

                                1. two table spoon ghee or oil
                                2.one table spoon Bengal gram
                                3.one table spoon mustard seeds
                                4.three red chillies
                                5.half table spoon asafoetida powder
                                6. one and half table spoon broken cashew nut
                                7.a few curry leaves
           for the rice
                                1. two three table spoon lemon juice
                                 2.one table spoon chopped green corriender
           method
                       
Cook rice along with two one fourth cup of water ,   turmeric powder , ginger,chillies and salt using the microwave mode for 11 minutes at 850 wW . Remove from the oven , cover and keep warm

In a separate bowl , temper all the ingredients for tampering, using the crisping mode for three minutes

Add curry leaves to the tempering and cook for another minute using the crisp mode .

Add most of the tempering and lemon juice to the rice and mix it well. Garnish with reserved tempering and coriander . served it with appallams and pickle .

not :- to retain their colour and flavour we add curry leaves in it .


          4. Bangla bhaath

                     Ingredients:-
                                      1. One cup rice
                                      2.A few strands of saffron
                                      3.One and half cup of water
                                      4. Half cup ghee
                                       5.One piece cinnamon
                                       6.Three four cloves
                                       7.Three cracked green cardamons
                                       8.One fourth cup cashew nut
                                       9.Fifteen  twenty resins
                                     10.Half cup sugar
                                     11.Half table spoon nut mag powder
                                     12.Half table spoon nut mace  powder
                                     13. Half table spoon garam masala   powder
                                     14.Half table spoon salt
                                     15.One and half table spoon rose water
                                     16.A few rose petals
                                     17.One sheeth silver varq
                               
              Method:-
                     
Pick, wash and soak the rice for one hour in sufficient water

Drain off the water and add the saffron along with one and half cup of fresh water . cook it in the microwave mode for 10 minutes at 850 w till half volume . drain the water and keep it aside . in adish add the ghee , the whole spices and dry fruitsand fry using the crisp mode for three four minutes

Add the half cooked rice to the spices and dry fruit mixture along with the sugar nutmac.mace,garam masala powder , salt and rose water.

Cook cover in the microwave at 750 w for six minutes . add four table spoon of the reserved water and cook for another five minutes inthe microwave mode at 650 W.

Serve it hot with rose peteals sprinkled on the bhaat and add some varq on it.

   5. vegetable pulav
                    ingredients
                    1. one cup basmati rice
                    2.three table spoon oil
                    3.half table spoon ginger paste
                    4.half table spoon garlic paste
                     6.half cup florest cauliflower
                     7.one potato cut it in to half inches pieces
                     8.two carrots cut it in ti slices
                     9. one cup green pea
                    10.one table spoon turmeric (haldi) powder
                    11.half tavle spoon red chilly powder
                    12.salt accordingto taste
                    13.one table spoon mint leaf
                    14.one table spoon lemon juice
       spice bag  (crush the spice lightly )
                     1.10 pepper corn
                     2.two table spoon fennel seeds
                     3.three four green cardamons
                     4. .three four black cardamons
                     5.four cloves
                     6. two stick cinamon
   Method  :-
Soak rice in two cup of water for thirty minutes . tie the ingredients of the spice bag in apiece of muslin cloth .

In abroad microwave proof dish , put oil. ginger,garlic, cauliflower, potatoes, carrots, and peas . microwave it for three minutes.

Add the soaked rice. Add turmeric ,red chilli powder and salt. add the spice bag. microwave it and covered it for six minutes.

Add mint and lemon juice . stir gently it with a fork.cover and microwave it for six minute.Fluff it with a fork. Remove spice bag.                     Ingredients :-
                                    1. Two cup poha
                                    2.One big chopped onion
                                    3.Half cup boiled peas
                                    4.Two three chopped green chillies
                                    5.Five  six curry leaves
                                    6.One table spoon mustard seeds
                                    7.Half table spoon oil
                                    8.One pinch of asafoetida
                                    9.One table spoon roasted pea nuts
                                  10.One table spoon roasted almonds
                                  11.Salt and peeper according to taste
                                  12.Juice of one lemon

                  Method:-
                            Soak poha in a water for a minute and keep it in a strainer for five minutes to drain extra water .
        We take a oil in   borosil bowl and heat it for two minute in crisp mode . then we add asafoetida , mustard seeds,curry leaves ,and other spices , cook it for  1 min and 30 sec.on crisp mode. now add
chopped onion,peas, green chilliesand cook for two three minutes in crisp mode .Stir it well than add poha nuts and microwave it for two minute.

Sprinkle lemon juice on it mixit well and serve it with mint chatni or tomato ketchup.

Note :- To improve the nutritional value add chopped capsicum,carrots and tomatoes .
