khajur

Khajur ki potli
    Ingredients:-
             1.One cup maida 
                2.One fourth cup semolina
                3.One fourth cup ghee 
                4.50 gm mava 
                5.Two spoon grated sugar
                6.One cup khajoor
                7.Half spoon green cardamon powder 
                8.One third cup sugar 
                9. some saffron thread
           
Method:-
          Mix maida,semolina,ghee together and prepare dough from it with the help of milk. 

Now mix khoya and khajur.Roast it and mix sugar in it.Let it cool and mix cardamon and saffron threads in it.Keep it aside.

Now take small-small balls from dough and roll it with roller. Give it poori shape.

Now stuff it with stuffing material and fold it and give it potli shape.

Deep fry it in ghee till golden.

Now take sugar and water in pan and make consquencices from it and deep the potli in it and serve it.
