Mirchi

Shimla  mirch {CAPSICUM}Halwa
        Ingredients:-
                1.150 gm chopped capsicum
                2.500 ml milk
                3.750gm grated khoya
                4.100 gm sugar
                5.Some rose water
           
Method:-
         Boil the capsicum and washl it from cold water.

 Now boil the milk in pan and mix sugar in it.After some time mix khoya in it.Cook it till milk become thick.

Now add boiled capsicum in it and cook it for 5 minutes. When it will cook than add rose water in it.Mirch halwa is prepared. Serve it hot.
