rolls

1.Rumali paneer rolls:-
                     Ingredients:--
                            1.One cup panier
                            2.One cup maida
                            3.One big spoon oil
                            4.Three big spoon cheese
                            5.One fourth cup chopped capsicum,
                            6.One chopped onion
                            7.One boiled potato
                            8.Three big spoon fresh bread crubs
                            9.Oil for frying
                           10.Salt according to taste
                       
Method:-
        Mix maida salt and oil together.Prepare dough from it with the help of wate. Take small- small balls from it and make thin chapti from it .COook it on tava.

Now  mix paneer,onion, bread crubs,capsicum and salt in it.Make roll from it.Fry it  in hot oil till golden.

Now spread cheese on cooked chapati and put roll on it fold it.Spread onion and capsicum on it. Rumali paneer rolls are prepared.Serve it hot .


2.Risotto rolls:-   
      Ingredients:--
                     1.One cup rice
                     2.One tomato
                     3.One chopped onion
                     4.One chopped green chilli
                     5.Four - five bread slice
                     6.Oil for frying
                     7.Half cup red, green, yellow capsicum
                     8.Salt according to taste
                   
Method:-
           Wash the rice and soak it.Pour the oil in pressure cooker and fry chopped onion in it.

Now add capsicum,tomato,green chilli,salt and rice in it.Add rice in it. cook rice in pessure cooker.risotto is prepared.

Cut the corners of the bread slice and soak it lightly. Fill risotto  in it.Deep fry it in hot oil.Risotto rolls are prepared.Serve it hot with sauce or chutney.
