How we make kadi pakora in microwave


 Ingredients:-
        For pakora:-
                 1.Half cup gram flour
                        2.Half onion and half potatoes(chopped)
                        3.Apinch of meetha soda 
                        4. One forth table spoon baking powder 
                        5.One table spoon chopped coriander leaves
                        6.Half table spoon chopped ginger 
                        7.Half table spoon salt
                        8.Half table spoon chilli powder
For temper :- 
                1. Two table spoon oil
                       2. One fourth table spoon cumin and mustard seeds
                       3.One or two dry red chillies.
Method:- 
              Mix all the ingredients of pakoras.adding water very gradually to get a thick soft paste of dropping consistency. Beat for two minutes till light and fluffy.

Grease a flat dish. Put pakoras batter with a table spoon in the dish.Leaving some space in between them.
Add pakoras.

Mix all the ingredients of kadhi till smooth.Strain it in to a deep bowl.Microwave it for ten minutes.stirring
 well once in between.Add pakoras.

For tempering mix oil with cumin and mustard. Microwave for two minutes. Add red chillies to hot oil..Pour over the kadhi. Serve it hot with jeer rice.
