How we make mater khoya in microwave


Ingredients
       1.200 gm mashed khoya
       2.two cups shelled peas
       3.Six -eight cashew nuts- spilt it into pieces
       4.Two table spoon oil or desi ghee
       5.Three fourth cup ready made tomato puree
       6.three fourth table spoon garam masala powder
       7.One table spoon red chilli powder
       8.One table spoon cumin powder
       9.One table spoon salt
Grind together 
      1.Two onions
      2.Two dry chillies
      3.One table spoon chopped ginger

Method:-
 Mix oil and onion paste in a dish. Microwave it for eight minutes.

Add tomato puree,garam masala , red chilli powder,peas,and one fourth cup water.Mix it properly. Microwave for four minutes or till peas are done.

Add salt ,khoya and half cup of water.Mix gentely so as not to mash the khoya. The vegetable of mater khoya is prepared.Sprinkle cashew halves. Microwave for four minutes.Serve it hot.
