Ingredients:-
1. Half cup red lentil (arhar dal)
2.100 gm pumpkin
3. One cup chopped vegetable
4.Lemon seized ball of tamarind
5. One table spoon salt
6.One forth table spoon asafoetida powder
7.Two table spoon sambhar powder
8.One table spoon oil
9.Half table spoon mustard seeds
10.One onion sliced
11.A few curry leaves
12.Tiny piece of jaggery(gur)
Soak dal in water for one hour and imli in one forth cup of hot water.
Method:-
Put dal with two cups of water in a deep bowl.Cover with cling film.Microwave it for fifteen minutes.or till dal turn soften.Mash it well.
Extract turmarind pulp.Keep it aside.
Mix oil,curry leaves, mustard seeds Sambhar powder and onions in a deep microwave proof bowl.Microwave it for five minutes .
Add chopped vegetables, salt,pureed dal and gur.Cover and microwave it for six minutes.
Add one and half cups of water and tamarind pulp.Microwave it for four minutes or till it boils.Uncover and microwave for two minutes.
