How we make spinach and corn in microwave






Ingredients:-
     1.250 gm clean spinach
     2.Half cup frozen corn kernels
     3.Two table spoon oil
     4.Half table spoon fresh ginger paste
     5.Three fourth  table spoon salt
     6.Three fourth  table spoon pepper
     7.Two table spoon tomato sauce
     8.Half cup tomato puree
     9.One table spoon soya sauce
   10.Half table spoon sugar
   11.One fourth table spoon ajinomotto
   12.Two table spoon corn flour
   13.Half tomato cut in to four pieces 
Method:-
    Wash spinach leaves.Put it in to large bowl.Sprinkle two table spoon water on it and microwave covered for three minutes.Give standing time for three minutes and strain.Dissolve corn flour in one fourth cup of water.Keep it aside.

In the dish, mix oil and ginger paste. Microwave it for one minutes.

Add tomato sauce ,puree,sugar,soya sauce,and ajino motto.Microwave it for two minutes.

Add one cup water,corn flour paste and corn.Mix it properly.Microwave uncovered  for six minutes till the sauce is ready. add spinach and tomatoes.Stir it properly and serve it hot.
