Ingredients:-
1.One cop daliya
2.Half cup tiny florets of cauliflower
3.One chopped carrot
4.Two three chopped beans
5.Two table spoon peas
6.Three table spoon ghee or oil
7.Half table spoon mustard seeds
8.Two table spoon chopped coriander
9.One and half table spoon salt
10.One fourth table spoon turmeric
11.One table spoon lemon juice
Method:-
Microwave one table spoon ghee/oil and mustard seeds for one minute in a flat dish.Add Dalia and mix it well.Microwave it for two minutes.
In a deep bowl microwave two table spoon ghee /oil and rai for two minutes.
Add vegetables, coriander and half table spoon salt.Mix it properly.Cover it and microwave it for 10 minutes.
Add lemon juice in it. Vegetable Dalia is prepared.Fluff with a fork to serve.
