How we prepare benarasi kheer in microwave


 Ingredients:-
       1.One kg milk
       2.One third cup rice
       3.Half tin milk maid
       4.Half table spoon saffron
       5.Ten blanched and chopped almonads
       6.Ten fifteen resins (soaked in water )
       7.Two three cardamons
Method :- 
    Wash rice and add it in to milk.cover it and microwave it for nine minutes.Stir it once.again micro wave it uncovered for 5 minutes.

Add milk maid and saffron in it and stir it properly.

Microwave it uncovered for 10 minutes.Stir it in between.

Microwave at 60% power for 5 minutes.Remove it from micro wave and mash well with a potato masheror a karchhi to break the rice grains. Microwave for five minutes at 60%power.

Add almonds and raisins in it .When cools down add ilachi powder in it. Serve it chilled.
