Ingredients:-
1.One cup rice soaked for half an hour in two cups water
2.Half cup moong sprouts
3.One cup chopped carrot
4.Half cup chopped french beans
5.Two table spoon oil
6. Three table spoon peanuts
7.Half table spoon cumin seeds
8.One small onion sliced
9.Four table spoon ready made tomato puree
10.Two tomatoes pureed in mixture
11. A pinch of turmeric powder
12.Half table spoon garlic paste
13.Half table spoon garam masala
14. One table spoon salt
Method:-
Wash rice and soak it in two cups of water for half an hour.
In a microwave safe dish add oil peanuts,cumin seeds and chopped onion. Microwave it for four and half minutes.
Add turmeric salt and garam masala in it and mix it properly.Add sprouts,carrot, french beans,and tomato puree.Microwave it for three minutes.
Add rice along with the water to the tomato masala.Mix it properly.Microwave it for twelve minutes.Allow to stand with three minutes.Sprouty peanut tomato rice is prepared. Fluff with a fork. Serve it hot.
