Sahi malpua:-
Ingredients:-
1.Two cup creamy milk
2.Half big spoon semolina
3.Two big spoon wheat flour
4.Two big spon roasted sesame
5.Two big spoon maida
6.Ghee according to need
7.Sugar for syrup
8.One table spoon Cardamon powder
Method:-
Boil the milk on slow heat till thick.
Soak the saffron threads in milk.
Mix sugar and water together for preparing syrup.Put it on slow heat and prepared one thread consequence.When consequence is prepared switch off the gas.Mix saffron, milk and cardamon powder in it and keep it aside.
Mix semolina maida and wheat flour in thick milk.Keep it aside for half an hour.The paste of malpua should be like pakora.
Heat pour ghee in pan and spread mixture of mal pua in it.Only prepare two or three mal pua in one time.Fry it till golden.
Now heat the syrup on slow flame and add mal pua in it.After 10 minutes take out the malpua and decorate it with pistachio and roasted sesame.
