Sesame mathri
     
 Ingredients:-
              1.One bowl roasted grind sesame
              2.One bowl bajra flour
              3.Half bowl jaggry
              4.Two table spoon baking powder
              5.One fourth table spoon cardamon powder
              6.Two table spoon gram flour
              7.Half bowl roasted sesame
              8.Oil for frying
            
Method:-
         Prepare solution from jaggry with water.Mix all the ingredients together except sesame or jaggry solution.

Now add two spoon oil in it and prepare dough from this mixture with the help of jaggry solution.Take small- small balls from dough and give it to mathri shape.Wrap each mathri in sesame and deep fry in oil.Sesame  mathri is prepared.
