Chinese

Chinese dishes:-
        At the time of preparing Chinese food always remember that
  #Chinese food should be serve on serving table

#When you are serving Chinese food Always keep following things on table

       1. Tomato sauce   2.Soya bean sauce 3.Green chilli sauce 4.White pepper 5.Salt 6.Vinegar chilli sauce

#. We should prepare Chinese food on high flame

#. Vegetables should  not be cooked more they should be little bit hard.

#. We can keep cooked Chinese food for long time 

1.Veg chow mean

                
          Ingredients:-
                    1.Four cup boiled noodles
                              2.Two table spoon oil
                              3.Two cup chopped carrots
                              4.Two cup chopped onions
                              5.Two cup chopped cauliflower 
                              6.One table spoon soya sauce
                              7.One table spoon green chilli sauce
                              8.One table spoon vinegar
                              9.Two table spoon tomato sauce
                             10.One table spoon salt
                             11.Half table spoon white pepper powder 
                             12.One fourth table spoon ajino motto powder
How to boil noodles:-
              Put a pan on a gas.Pour water in it.Add noodles,salt,one table spoon oil in it. Boil it on fast flame for 3 minutes and boil it on slow flame till they will soften.After boiling the noodles sieve it from siever and wash it in siever from cold water.Now spread one table spoon lemon juice and one spoon oil on it and mix it properly.Boiled noodles is ready.        
           
Method:-
             Heat the two table spoon oil in a pan.Add all the chopped vegetables in pan and fry it for two minutes.

Now mix all the spices and sauces in it.Add noodles in it and mix it properly.Noodles is prepare. Serve it hot.
       
2.Chinese fried rice
            
                 
 Ingredients:-
                            1.Two cup boiled rice
                                        2.Half table spoon salt
                                        3.Two cup chopped carrots
                                        4.Two cup chopped onions
                                       5.Two cup chopped capsicum
                                       6.One table spoon soya sauce
                                       7. One table spoon green chilli sauce
                                       8.One table spoon tomato sauce
                                       9.One table spoon vinegar
                                     10.One fourth table spoon whitew pepper powder 
                                     11.Half pinch white pepper powder 
                                     12.Two table spoon ginger and garlic paste 
Method:-
             Pour two table spoon oil in a pan and heat it Add all chopped vegetables in it and fry it for two minutes.

Now add all the sauces,rice,garlic,ginger paste and  masala in it.Mix it properly.Add one table spoon oil in it and stir it well.Chinese fried rice is prepare.Serve it hot.  

3.Hakka noodles:-

             

Ingredients:-
                      1.Two cup boiled noodles
                      2.Two table spoon oil
                      3.Two -Three red chilli
                      4.Half table spoon red chilli powder 
                      5.One table spoon soya sauce
                      6.Two table spoon tomato sauce
                      7.Half table spoon salt
                      8.Half table spoon black pepper powder 
                      9.One fourth table spoon sugar
                     10.One fourth table spoon ajino motto
                     11.Two cup chopped onion
                     12.Two cup chopped capsicum
                     13.Two cup chopped carrot
                     14.Four -five garlic flax
                     15.One table spoon vinegar
                     16.Two table spoon corn flour

        Put a pan on gas.Pour one table spoon oil in it.Heat it and switch off the gas.Fry red chilli in it.Add soya sauce ,salt in it and fry it for two minutes.Keep it aside. 

Now heat oil in a pan and fry onion,garlic flax in it and add all the chopped vegetables in it.Mix it properly and fry it for 5 minutes.Add ajino motto, black pepper,salt ,all the sauces and vinegar in it.Cook it for 2 minutes.Add cornflour in it mixed with water.Stir it regularly till thick.Add boiled noodles in it. Mix it properly.Hakka noodles is prepared.Serve it hot on serving table.  

4.Potato chilli fry:- 
               
                      
Ingredients:-
                                   1.Three cup potato finger chips
                                   2.Two long chopped capsicum
                                   3.One table spoon vinegar
                                   4.Two three long chopped green chilli
                                   5.One table spoon vinegar
                                   6.Half table spoon salt
                                   7.Two table spoon corn flour
                                   8.Two table spoon oil
Method:-
        Cut finger chips from raw potato.Mix dry powder of corn flour,maida and salt in it.Fry it in hot oil till golden brown.Keep it aside.

Now heat two table spoon oil in pan and heat it.Add onion,capsicum and green chilli in it and fry it for 1 minute.After frying add all the sauces and masala in it.Mix it well with fried finger chips.

Now add garlic and ginger paste in it fry it for 1 minute and mix it properly.Add cornflour with water and one table spoon oil.Decorate it with green chilli and  coriander leaves.

If any body want to eat  gravy in potato chilli fry than add two table spoon cornflour paste in two cup of water and cook it till thick.

If we want to make paneer chilli fry than we add paneer finger chips in place of potato finger chips.

5.Chinese choppsy:-
                     Ingredients:-
                             1.Two cup fried noodles
                             2.Three fourth cup chopped carrot
                             3.Three fourth cup chopped cabbage
                             4.One fourth cup chopped capsicum
                             5.One  fourth cup chopped french beans
                             6.One fourth cup chopped cauliflower
                             7.Two chopped onions
                             8.Two table spoon oil
                             9.Half table spoon ajino motto
                            10.Half table spoon white  pepper
                            11.Half table spoon sugar
                            12.One table spoon soya sauce
                            13.Two tble spoon soya sauce
                            14.Two table spoon tomato sauce
                            15.Two table spoon red chilli sauce
                            16.One table spoon vinegar
                            17.One table spoon corn flou
Method:-
            Boil carrot and french beans with salt in two cup of water.Heat oil in pan.Add all the vegetables in it with salt and sugar.Fry it for three minutes on fast flame.Add all the sauces vinegar and sme water in it.Cook it for one minutes.Add all the masala in it and Cook it for one minutes.Now pour paste of corn flour in it and cook it till thick.

At the time of serving spread all the vegetables on fried noodles.Choppsy is prepared.
