Continental

1.Spanish macroni:-
    
    Ingredients:-     
                 1.Two cup boiled macroni
                    2.Half cup small chopped capsicum
                    3.Half cup small chopped onion
                    4.Two big spoon oil
                    5.Salt according to taste
                    6.Black pepper according to taste
                    7.Half cup small chopped cauliflower
                    8.One table spoon vinegar
                    9.Two table spoon tomato sauce
                  10.One table spoon red chilli sauce
                  11. Two cup cheese
Method:- 
         Pour oil in a pan and heat it.Fry onion in it.Now add capsicum and cauliflower in it.Cook it for two minutes.

Now add macroni, salt,black pepper,Vinegar and both the sauces in it.Cook it on fast flame for 5 minutes and pour all the mixture in baking dish.

Spread grated cheese on it.Bake it till brown.Spanish macroni is prepared.Serve it hot in bowl.

2.Macroni hot- pot
         


Ingredients:-
                   1.Two small chopped capsicum
                   2.Two cup small chopped cabbage
                   3.Half cup tomato paste
                   4.Two table spoon garlic paste
                   5.Half table spoon red chilli
                   6.Two cup boiled macroni
                   7.Half table spoon ajino motto
                   8.Two table spoon tomato sauce
                   9.Two table spoon oil
                 
Method:-
        Pour oil in pan and heat it .Fry all  vegetables in it.Add all the ingredients in it accept macroni and sauces.Cook it on fast flame. Hot - pot macroni is prepared.Serve it hot.

3.Resata:-
            
       
  Ingredients for first layer :-
 
                            1.One cup boiled sella rice
                            2.One cup boiled vegetables
                            3.Half small chopped onion
                            4.Two spoon small chopped green chilli
                           5.Half table spoon salt
                           6.Half table spoon oil
           
                Heat oil in pan and fry onion in it.Now add all boiled vegetables in it.Add salt,tomato sauce,red chilli powder in it and mix it properly.Add boiled  rice in it and cook it on fast flame for 5 minutes.Now spread one layer of rice in baking dish.

Ingredients for second layer :-
                   1.One cup plain boiled rice
                   2.One cup white sauce
                   3.Two cup small chopped mix  vegetables
                   4.One table spoon grated cheese
                   5.One table spoon oil
                  6.One table spoon white pepper
                  7.Salt according to taste
Mehod:-
          
   Heat oil in pan.Fry mix veg in it for two -three minutes.Now add green chilli,salt,white pepper powder in it. Mix it properly.

Now add all the ingredients together with rice and mix it properly and spread it on first layer.Spread grated cheese on it and bake it till cheese melt..resata is prepared.Serve it hot.
