Chat masala

 Ingredients:-
      1. 75 gm dry mango powder 
         2.15 gm rock salt 
         3.15 gm iodine salt
         4.30 gm black salt
         5. 20 gm pomone grate seeds 
         6.45 gm cumin seeds 
         7.45 gm black pepper 
         8.15 gm dry ginger 
         9.15 gm coriander seeds 
        10.Half table spoon asafoetida 
        11.One small table spoon caram seeds 
     
How we prepare chat masala 
          Mix all the ingredients and grind it in to mixi.Sieve it well with small seize siever.Fill it in air tight container.If you want to add dry mint powder  than you can.Spread it on every type of chat or according to need.
