recipes for vegetarians


 Soya paneer cutlate :-
       Ingredients:-
         1.One bowl fresh grated paneer
         2.Half bowl soya  flax or granuls.
         3.Two brown bread slices
         4.Salt and red chilli powder according to taste
         5.One small chopped green chilli
         6.One small chopped onion
         7.Two big spoon small chopped green coriander leaves
         8.One table spoon til
         9.Half table spoon chat masala
        10.Half table spoon garam masala
        11. Oil for frying
Method:-
      Soak bread in water and mash it. Soak soya flax and press it.Mix all the ingredients together except oil.Give it cut late shape.Fry it in hot oil till golden. Paneer cutlate is prepared.Serve it hot with any chutney or dip.
          
Cheese puff :-



 Ingredients:-
       1.8 bread slice
       2.4 cheese slice
       3.Cooking cheese according to need
       4.Half bowl white sauce
       5.Half bowl light boiled mixed vegetable
       6.Salt and black pepper according to taste
       7.Musterd sauce and tomato sauce according to need
       8.One table spoon mix herb
Method:-
Take four bread slice and paste musterd sauce on one side of each bread.Take another four bread slice and paste tomato sauce on one side of each bread.Put cheese slice on any four bread pieces.Put second bread slice over it.Cut it in to any shape according to your wish.

Add all boiled vegetable in white sauce.Add salt black pepper and herb in it.Add little bit tomato sauce in it.Put this mixture on each bread sandwich.Spread grated cheese on it.Bake it in oven till cheese becomes melt.Cheese puff is prepared.Serve it hot any chutney or dip.
