kachori

How we make paneer kachori at home

 Ingredients for covering:-
              1.One and half cup all purpose flour
                    2.One fourth table spoon salt
                    3.A pinch of soda
                    4.Four big spoon oil
Ingredients for filling:-
              1.One bowl grated paneer 
                    2.One cup Square shape chopped onion
                    3.One table spoon garam masala
                    4.One third table spoon cumin seeds
                    5.A pinch of asafoetida 
             6.Some coriander seeds 
                 7.Salt according to taste 
                   8.Red chilli powder 
                  9.Some small chopped coriander leaves
                10.Two chopped green chilli
                11.Oil for frying
     Method:-
                Mix all the ingredients of covering and knead it or convert it in to dough.Keep it aside for half an hour.Knead it again and make five - six balls from it.

Now take a pan and heat two spoon oil in it.Roast cumin seeds,coriander  seeds, asafoetida and garam masala till light pink.Add paneer in it.  

Mix salt and red chilli powder in it.When mixture becomes little bit dry than switch off the gas.Spread coriander leaves on it.

Fill this filling in balls and give it kachori shape.Fry it in hot oil till light brown.
