How we make Sweet from milk

Ingredients:-
     1. One and half liter milk
        2.One fourth spoon phitkari
        3.Three fourth cup sugar
        4.One big spoon ghee
     5.100 gm coconut powder 
       6. Petha cherry according to need 
Method:-
        Boil milk till thick.Add grated phitkari in thick milk.Stir milk regularly.Cook it properly.Meanwhile add sugar in it and stir it regularly.Cook it till 5-10 minutes.When it becomes thick than grease a plate and spread on it.

Now spread coconut powder on it and press it with bowl.Spread coconut powder on it.Cut it in to moon shape an decorate it  with cherry.

     Ingredients for covering:-
                 1.Four bread piece
                 2.Two cup milk
                 3.One big spoon condensed milk
                 4.One table spoon coconut powder 
                 5.Ghee or oil for frying
       Ingredients for filling:-
                 1.One cup grated gourd
                 2.One big spoon ghee
                 3.Two big spoon grated sugar
                 4.Half cup khoya 
                 5.One big spoon grated almonds
     Ingredients for decoration  
                1. Chopped almonds
                2.chopped cashewnuts
                3.chopped pistachio
 Method:-
          How we prepare filling material:-
                    Pour ghee in a pan.Add laccha of gourd.Cook it on slow flame.When it becomes light brown mix khoya in it and cook for 5 minutes. When mixture leaves a pan than add sugar and chopped almonds in it.Switch off the gas.Let it cool.

How we prepare cover:- 

Now for covering cut the bread pieces in to round shape with the help of bowl. fry it in slow flame.Take out these pieces and put it on paper napkin.

Mix condensed milk and milk powder together and put this mixture on fried bread piece.When bread becomes soft than press it with the help of palm and take out extra mixture from it.

 Now put filling mixture on bread and fold it give it moon shape.Decorate it with dry fruits .Keep it in fredge.Serve it cold.
