How we make muglai paratha


 Ingredients:-
     For dough:-
       1. Two cups wheat flour
          2.One cup maida
          3.One fourth cup oil
          4.One table spoon salt
          5.Water as per requirement
   For filling :-
      1.Half cup mava
      2.Half cup grated paneer
      3.One cup boiled paneer
      4.Two boiled potato
      5.Four chopped  green chillies
      6.Half cup chopped coriander leaves
      7.Salt and red chilli powder according to taste
      8.Oil for frying
 Method:-
      
        Mix all the ingredients together and make a plain dough with the help of water.Keep it aside for some time.

  Mix all the ingredients together except oil.Make small balls from the dough and roll with a rollar. Fill it with a little mixture of stuffing and close it .

Roll it again and put it on heated tava.Cook it on slow fire till light brown.muglai paratha is prepared.Serve it hot with butter,curd or chutney.
