How we prepare paneer chila with kesar ki chutny


Ingredients:-
     1.250 gm kuttu flour 
       2.100 gm paneer 
       3.Two boiled potatoes 
       4.Black pepper powder 
       5.One table spoon rocksalt
       6.Half cup curd
       7.Some saffron strips soaked in milk
       8.One table spoon lemon juice
       
How to prepare stuffing for chilla 
               Pour one tablespoon oil in pan and heat it.Add mashed potato, paneer with rock salt and black pepper.Mix it properly.Stuffing mixture is prepared.

How to make chilla :-
Mix salt black pepper in kuttu flour and prepare paste from it.Make a chilla with this paste. stuff it from stuffing mixture. fold it. chilla is prepared.

How to make kesar chatni:-
       Take some strips of saffron mixed in curd. Add black pepper salt and lemon juice in it.Beat it properly.kessar chutni is prepared .

Serve paneer chilla hot  with kessar chutni.
