How we prepare aam papad kabab


Ingredients:-
       1.Two three boiled and mashed potato
       2.Half cup grated paneer
       3.Two bread
       4.Three four pieces aam papad
       5.One fourth table spoon black salt
       6.One table spoon chat masala
       7.Half table spoon cooked cumin seed powder
       8.Half table spoon red chilli powder
       9.Oe table spoon ginger paste
     10.Oil according to need
        Method for prepared aam papad kabab:-    
Soak aam papad in water for some time. Sieve the water .Grind it with ginger paste and all the spices.Add coriander leaves in it.and pepare stuffing.

Add paneer bread and salt in potatoand knead it well.

Spread some mixture on palm.Put one table spoon stuffing on it.and close it.Give it kabab shape.

Cook it in  the pan with oiltill golden from both side.Decorate it with piece of mango.Papad kabab is prepared.Serve it hot with green chutni and salad.
