How we prepare malai kofta


Ingredients:-
      1.Two table spoon kuttu flour
      2.Two big boiled potato
      3.One table spoon rock salt
      4.One cup khoya
      5.One cup milk
      6.One cup cream
      7.Cashew nut pieces for decoration
      8.One pinch soaked saffron
      9.Ghee or oil for frying
     10.Half cup curd
    
How to prepare kofta:-
            Mix potato,salt,black pepperin kuttu flourand mash it well.Give it kofta shape.Fill it with cream anad fry it.
        
How we prepare gravy:-
              Pour one table spoon ghee in a pan.When ghee will hot than add 4-5 kali mirch in it.Add mava in it.Now mix salt, black pepper and cook it for five minutes.Than switch off the gas .

At the time of serving add kofta in  the gravy and decorate it with cream or kesar solution.Spread cashew nuts on it.Malai kofta is prepare to serve.
