How we make punjabi idli masala

Ingredients:-
      1. Four five prepared idly
         2. Two onions
         3.One tomato
         4.Two green chillies
         5.Two three garlic buds
         6.Salt according to taste
         7.One table spoon channa masala powder
         8.Half table spoon red chilli powder
         9.Two big table spoon oil for frying
       10.One fourth table spoon turmeric powder
       11.Half table spoon cumin powder
       12.One fourth table spoon coriander powder
       13.One cup small chopped coriander leaves.
Method for prepare pujabi idli masala :-
     Cut onion,tomato,garlic and green chillies in small pieces.Pour oil in the pan and heat it .Add cumin seeds in it.When cumin seeds gets fry than add garlic, onion,tomato,and green chilli in it.Cook it for five minutes.Add half cup of water in it.When it boiled than put  pieces of idli in it.After 2-3 minutes add green coriander leaves in it and switch off the gas.Punjabi masala idli is prepared .Serve it hot.
