How we make plum cake

 Ingredients:-
       1.One cup maida
       2.One cup ground sugar
       3.Half cup ghee
       4.One table spoon baking powder
       5.One table spoon coconut powder
       6.Two beaten eggs
       7.One fourth cup plum
       8.One cup chopped dry nuts
  
Method :-
      Mix ghee and sugar.Beat it till it is light and fluffy.Mix maida and baking soda and sieve it.

Now mix it  with the material mixing ghee and sugar by adding eggs slowly.Now add plum and dry nuts.

Grease the baking tin and put this mixture in it.Bake till it is light brown.Plum cake is prepared.
