How we make uttpam at home







Ingredients:-
       1. One cup rice
       2.One cup dhuli urad dal
       3.Two chopped onions
       4.Two chopped tomatoes
       5.Half cup chopped green chillies
       6.Some coriander leaves
       7.Salt and chilly powder according to taste
      
Method:-
       Soak dal and rice seperately for five hours.Now grind them seperately and mix them.Cover the mixture and keep it aside for 10 hours.

Heat heavy tawa and sprinkle little water over it.Now spread one cup mixture on it.Cook it for a minute and decorate it with chopped onions,tomatoes, chopped green chillies,coriander leaves. sprinkle salt and chilly powder over it.Now cook it for five minutes on low flame.Uttpam is prepared.Serve it with chutney or sambhar.
