How we make plain idly



Ingredients:-
           1.Two cups rice 
              2.One cup dhuli urad dal
               3.One table spoon salt 
               4.One table spoon eno fruit salt
Method:-
         Soak rice and dal separately for  five hours.Now grind it separately and mix it properly.Put salt in this mixture.Cover it and Keep aside it for ten hours.Now beat it thoroughly and add keno fruit salt in it.

Grease the idly stand and put little idly mixture in it.Steam it for 20 minutes. Serve it with sambhar and  chutney
