Paneer

Paneer sikandrsahi
           

    Ingredients:-
                     1.400 gm paneer
                     2.100 gm curd
                     3.One spoon ginger paste
                     4.One spoon garlic paste
                     5.Half spoon garam masala
                     6.One spoon musterd oil
                     7.Half table spoon alt
                     8.Half table spoon roasted cumin seed powder
        Ingredients for gravy:-           
                   9. Two spoon fresh cream
                    10.Half spoon coriander seeds
                    11.One spoon cashew nuts paste
                    12.One spoon sugar
                    13.4piece red chilli
                    14.Four piece black pepper
                    15.Two clove
                    16.Two onion
                    17.One spoon cinammoa seeds
                    18.One spoon ghee
                    19.Salt according to taste
                    20.Capsicum,onion and green coriander for decoration
 
Method:-
          Cut the paneer in to long pieces Mix all the ingredients with curd in to paneer.Mix it well and keep it in to freedge for half an hour

 Now grind onion, red chilli and corriander seeds in mixer. Pour ghee in a pan and ad clove cinnamon and black pepper in it . Fry it for two minutes.Add onion paste in it.When it becomes badami in colour than add cashew nuts paste,sugar and salt in it.When  masala leaves the ghee than add eresh cream in it.

Now take out paneer from the freedge and roast it on tava till pink.Now mix roasted paneer and remainning masala in the gravy.Decorate it with spring of onion and green coriander leaves.

Kaju

Kaju package

  
          Ingredients:-
                 1.500 gm kaju
                 2.700 gm grind sugar
                 3.Red, green and yellow colour
                 4.Murraba of carrot {some pieces}
            
Method:-
       Soak the cashew nuts in water and prepare paste from it.Mix sugar in it and mix it well.Cook it on slow flame till mixture leaves the corners of the pan.Stir it regularly.When it becomes cool than prepare dough from it.Divide it in ti equal three parts

Now take one piece of carrot and wrap it in to green colored dough than wrap it yellow color than red color .Prepare all the carrots from this method and keep it inside the fridge.Kaju package is prepared.

Sweets of india

Kessar batti
         


Ingredients:-
                    1.100 gm semolina
                    2.100 gm sugar
                    3.100gm dry milk
                    4.Eight ten thread of kessar
                    5.250 gm sugar
                    6.250 gm maida
                    7.200 gm ghee
                    8. 5-7 green cardamon
             
Method:-
         Sieve the maida and add ghee in it.Mix water in it and prepare dough from it.Cover it with cloth and keep it aside.

Now fry semolina and roast it till pink. Pour One and half cup water in pan and prepare solution of sugar in it.Prepare thin consequence from it.

Mix roasted kessar and yellow color in it.When semolina becomes  like a halva than add milk powder in it and mix it well.Switch off the gas and add cardamon powder in it.

Prepare small small balls from dough of maida and fill small small ball of semolina in it.Press it and give it batti chape.Heat the ghee and fry batti in it till golden.

Add batti in consequence.Kessar batti is prepared .Serve it

cucumber rice




Ingredients:-
           1.One cup rice
           2.One cup curd
           3.One cupcucumber
           4.One Cup grated carrot
           5.One fourth cup chopped coriander  leaves
           6.Salt according to taste
   Ingredients for temper
           1.One tea spoon cumin seeds
           2.One table spoon green chilli
           3.One table spoon urad dal
           4.Half table spoon asafoetida
           5.4-5 curry patta
           6.Oil one table spoon
        
Method:-
      Boil the rice .When it boils than keep it aside.

Now put carrot,cucumber,green coriander leaves ,salt and water in pan and mix it well.

Heat oil in separate pan and add cumin seeds in it, now add urad dal ,green chilli,asafoetida and curry patta in it.

Now add rice in it.Keep it in fridge for some time.Decorate it with soya leaves.Cucumber rice is prepared. Serve it.

Tuemeric rice



Ingredients:-
       1.Two cup rice
        2.One spoon ground nut
        3.50 gm tamarind
        4.One spoon chana dal
        5.One fourth spoon fenugreek seeds 
        6.Apinch of asafoetida
        7.Three spoon oil
        8.Four red chilli
        9.  Half spoon turmeric powder 
      10.One fourth spoon musterd seeds 
      11.Salt according to taste 
Method:-
    Soak the rice for fifteen minutes.Now heat the oil on tava and add Channa dal, fen u geek seeds on it.Roast red chilli and asfoetida on slow flame. Soak the turmeric in half cup of hot water and mash it and sieve it.Now mix it in roasted dal.chilli,and asfoetida and grind it well in mixer.Cook rice in it with water salt and turmeric When it will cook than let it cool.Fry ground nut in pan and temper mustard seeds and asafotida in oil. Mix all the material together and fry it for two minutes.Chat pate turmeric rice is prepare. Serve it hot

rice salad


Ingredients:-
        1.Three fourth cup rice
        2.One fourth cup chopped rice
        3.One spoon salt
        4.Half cup grated coconut powder
        5.Half cup namkeen
        6.Half cup chutney
        7.Half cup curd
        8.Two spoon lemon juice
        9.Three spoon mint chutny
      10.One spoon garam masala
       
Method:- 

Put pan on gas and heat it when it boils than add salt and rice in it.Cook it on slow flame.When rice will cook than sieve the water  from the rice.Mix apple, lemon juice in Mart ban.Now mix rice,onion, curd and coconut powder in it and mix it well.mix chutney in it. Rice salad is prepared.Serve it .

Orange shake

Ingredients:-

      
        1.100 gm carrot
        2.100 gm orange
        3.50 gm lemon juice
        4.One table spoon tomato juice
        5.Salt and sugar according to taste
       
Method:-
 Wash the orange and carrot.Cut it in to pieces.Remove seeds from all the pieces.mix all the ingredients in mixer and grind it.Sieve this mixture. 

 Orange carrot juice is prepared. Serve it cold with grated ice.

Apple shake

Ingredients:-

          




          1.One apple 
          2.200 gm milk
          3.Four grated cardamon
          4.Half grated apple 
          5.Sugar according to taste 
          6.Ice according to need
         
Method:-
          Grated the half apple and keep it in a fridge.Put all the apples, sugar,and milk in a mixer and grind it in mixer.Mix cream and grated apple in it.

Apple shake is prepared.Serve it cold with grated ice.      

Chicku cream shake

 Ingredients:-
          1. four chikoo
          2.100 gm cream
          3.200 gm milk
          4.Sugar according to taste
          5.Ice according to taste
 
Method:-
       Wash the chikoo. Peel the chikoo and remove seeds from it.Mash the chikoo.

Mix milk,sugar,and chikoo in mixer and mix it properly.Add cream in it.

Chicko cream shake is prepared.Serve it cold.Decorate it with ice or small- small pieces of Chicku.

Jeera pani shake

Ingredients:-
         




           1.Half cup turmeric
            2.Three cup hot water
            3.Half spoon rock salt
            4.One fourth spoon salt
            5.Three spoon ginger paste
            6.Two spooncumin seed powder
            7.Two spoon sugar
            8.Three pieces sieved lemon
Method:-
        Soak the turmeric in hot water mash it and sieve it.Mix roasted cumin seed powder,salt, rock salt ,sugar , ginger paste , black pepper powder in it.Add small chopped mint leaves in it.Decorate it with lemon pieces.Jeera pani shake is prepared.Serve it with ice pieces.

Straw berry punch shake

Ingredients:-




         1.Three cup orange juice
         2.One cup lemon juice
         3.One cup sugar
         4.One tin straw berry juice
         5.One bottle soda water
         6.Ice according to need
      
Method:-
        Add orange juice,straw berry juice,orange juice and sugar in mixer.

Mix it and grind it properly.Now add soda water in it.Mix grated ice in this mixer.

Now put it in glass and orange pieces in it.Straw berry punch shake is prepared.Serve it cold.

        1.Eight apples
          2.Two cups cold milk
          3.One spoon sugar
          4.Half grated apple
          5.Cardamon powder according to need
        
Method:-
         Cut the four apples and grated it.Spread the grated apples. Peel the apples and separated all seeds from the apples.Grind apple pieces,sugar and milk in mixer.

Now add ice in glass and pour shake in it.Apple dream shake is prepared.Decorate it with grated apple or cardamon powder.Serve it cold.
   

Coco chocolate shake



Ingredients:-
           1.Four cup milk
           2.One table spoon coco powder
           3.Half table spoon coffee
           4.Sugar according to taste
           5.Some chocolate pieces
           
Method:-
      Mix coco powder, chocolate powder milk and coffee powder in  mixi and grind it.

Now mix  grated ice and sugar in it.Mix it properly.Coco chocolate shake is prepared.

Serve it with cream or grated chocolate .

Pudding


Ingredients:-
        1.Six bread cake
        2. Six siple bread
        3.Two spoon pine apple juice
        4.2 spoon orange mango jam
        5.Two spoon sugar
        6.Two spoon lemon juice
        7.250 gm sream
        8.6 square piece of pine apple
        9. fresh fruits or cherry according to need
       10. One cup of milk
 
  Method:-
           Mix 250 gm of sugar in half cup of milk. Mix pine apple juice or lemon juice in it.

Mix half spoon sugar and one spoon pine apple juice in remaining half cup of milk.Soak bread pieces in it.

Now decorate three bread pieces of cake in plate.Pour milk with lemon juice on it.Spread cream on it.Than spread jam on it.Put pine apple piece on it.Put cake piece on it. 

Now put bread piece on it.Pour milk with lemon juice on it.Spread cream on it.Than spread jam on it.Put pine apple piece on it.Put cake piece on it.Pine apple pudding is prepared.
             
  

Kachori


Ingredients:-
        1.200 gm maida 
         2.100 gm urad dal
         3.One spoon fennel seeds 
         4.A pinch of asafoetida

       5.Ghee or oil for frying
         6.Salt and red chilli powder according to need
         7.Crushed coriander seeds
       8.Crushed garam masala
        
Method:-
            Soak the dal for 6- 7 hours.Grind it in to mixer little bit thick.

 Mix oil as a moan in maida and prepare a dough from maida with the help of hot water.

Heat oil in pan and add dal in it . fry it.After 3 minutes add  all masala in it.Fry it for 5 minutes.

Now prepare small- small boll from it and roll it with roller give it poori shape.

Fill mixture of dal in it.and  fold it give them kachori shape. Deep fry it in to oil till light brown.Dal kachori is prepared. Serve it hot with aloo ki sabji.
   

Takoj


Ingredients for dough
          1.Two cup maida
            2.One cup mecca flour
            3.One fourth spoon salt
            4.Oil for moan
 Ingredients for stuffing
         1.Mixed sprouts
           2.One medium seized boil potato
           3.One small chopped green chilli
           4.One small chopped tomato
           5.Half cup grated curd
           6.Rock salt according to taste 
           7.Half table spoon red chilli powder 
           8.One big spoon 0 no namkeen
           9.Half table spoon cumin seed powder 
          10.Half table spoon chat masala
         
      Mix maida,mecca flourand salt together and prepare dough from it.Take small ball from it and roll it with the help of roller.

Make hole on it with the help of fork.Cut it in to round shape and put it in to hot oil and take out from the oil quickly and fold it in half round shape with the help of cloth.

Now cut the boiled potato in small-small pieces. Cook the sprouts in steam till soften.

Pour one spoon oil in pan and add sprouts in it.Cook it properly and mix red chilli. green chilli,both salt and chat masala cumin seed powder, potato and tomato in it.

 Now fill sprouts in takoj and decorate it with curd,masala,chutney and namkeen.Takoj is prepared .Serve it hot.    
     

Samosa

Ingredients:-


       1.300 gm potato [boiled and peeled]
       2.200 gm maida
       3.Two spoon pomegranate seed
       4.One spoon crushed garam masala
       5.Oil for frying
       6.One spoon small chopped ginger
       7.One spoon small chopped green chilli
       8.Two spoon coriander leaves
       9.Half cup boiled peas
 
 Method:-

                  Prepare a dough from maida by adding 25 gm oil as a moan  and hot water.Take small- small balls from it and roll it with roller till 5" diameter.Cut it in to two half pieces.

Mash the potato.Mix boiled pea,chopped ginger,green chilli coriander leaves in it.Pour a spoon ghee in a pan and fry the mixture in pan.

Now take half piece of rolled puri and fold it like triangle shape filled mixture of mashed potato in it.Paste this triangle with the help of water.

Pour oil in a pan and fry it till light golden. Samosa is prepared.Serve it with sauce or chutney.

halva

1.Papaya halva:-

     Ingredients:-   
       1. 250 gm unripe  papaya
        2.250 gm ghee
        3.300 gm sugar
        4.Green cardamon acording to need
        5.10- 12 resins
 Method:-

        Peel the unripe banana and grated it.Pour a ghee in pan and fry it.

 After frying add water and sugar in it.When it becomes thick than add cardamon and resins in it.Papaya halva is prepared Serve it hot.



2.Moong ki dal ka halva 

Ingredients:-
          1.150 gm moong dal
          2.250 gm ghee
          3.300 gm sugar
          4.150 gm mava
          5.20 gm almonads     
          6.20 gm cashew nuts
          7.10- 12 resins
Method:-
      Soak the moong dal whole night and grind it thin.Pour ghee in pan and fry it till brown.

When it becomes brown than switch off the gas and add hot water according to need.When water becomes dry than add sugar in it.

When mixture leaves the pan and ghee than add khoya in it and mix it properly.Decorate it with cashew nuts , almonads and resins.Moong dal halva is prepared.Serve it hot.

3. Almonds halva



                Ingredients:-
                   1.250 gm almonds
                       2.250 gm sugar
                       3.250gm ghee 
                       4.One table spoon green cardamon powder 
                       5. 15- 20 cashew nuts
                      
Method :-
          Soak the almonadas whole night.Peel it and grind it thin.Pour the ghee in a pan and
 heat it. Add two spoon wheat flour in ghee and fry it till brown.

Now add paste of almonad in it.When mixture leaves the pan and ghee than add water and sugar in it.When mixture becomes thick than switch off the gas.Almonds halva is prepared.Decorate it with chopped dry fruits.Serve it hot.  

5.Pea nut halva:-


           Ingredients:-
                  1. 400 gm fresh green peas
                  2.200 gm ghee 
                  3.300 gm sugar
                  4.150 gm grated khoya
                  5.120 ml boiled and cold milk
                  6.50 gm small chopped  dry fruits
     Method:-
             Peel the pea nuts and grind it in mixer.Pour ghee in pan and fry it on high flame.Now add sugar in it and stirr it regularly till sugar becomes melt.

  Pour milk in pan and boil it mix pea paste in it.Stirr it regularly till milk becomes dry.

Now take out halva in serving dish and decorate it with almonds and pistachio.Pea nut halva is prepared.Serve it hot.

Butter milk soup

Ingredients:-
           


            1.Two cucumber
               2.Half inches piece of ginger{small chopped}
               3.One green chilli{small chopped}
               4.Some leaves of mint{washed}
               5.Two spoon lemon juice
               6.Two cup butter milk
               7.Salt according to taste 
               8.Half table spoon black pepper powder 
         
Method:-
         Wash the cucumber and remove seeds from it.Mix cucumber,ginger, green chilli blind it thin with lemon juice. 

Now mix mint leaves and butter milk in it.Stir it regularly. Mix salt and black pepper powder  in it.Garnish it with mint leaves. Serve it hot.



Cheese soup



Ingredients:-
         1.200 gm cabbage
         2.One medium seized tomato
         3.One potato
         4.100 gm frensh beans
         5One onion
         6.Three cheese cubes
         7.100 gm cauli flower
       
Method :-

     Cut all the vegetables and fry it in to pan with butter. After frying add water  and garam masala in it.Cook it well.Sieve it well.Mix half of cheese in soup.

Keep half cheese in bowl.Temper the soup with butter.Add it in to bowl of butter . Cheese soup is ready.Serve it with mint leaves and lemon juice.

Mix vegetable soup

Ingredients:--
       




        1.One medium seized potato 
          2.One medium seized onion
          3.Two carrot
          4.200 gm cauliflower
          5.100 gm cabbage
          6.One medium seized tomato
          7.Salt according to taste 
          8.Crushed garam masala according to need 
Method:-
            Small chopped all the vegetables and fry  it with butter.Add salt,garam masala water in pressure cooker with all vegetables.

Cook it properly. When it will cook than sieve it with siever and temper it with butter and serve it hot.
                

Tomato soup






Ingredients:-
            1.250 gm tomato
              2.Crushed garam masala 
              3One spoon sugar
              4.50 gm fresh cream
              5. One spoon butter 
              6.Blaclk pepper according to taste 
              7.Bread croutons
Method:-
          Cut the tomato in to pieces.Put a pan on flame and pour butter in it.Now add tomato and gar am masala in it and roast it .Mix sugar and salt in it and cook it properly.Sieve this  mixture with  soup sever.

Now pour some butter in pan and add black pepper powder in it.Pour sieved tomato juice in it .Boil it.

At the time of serving mix fresh cream in it and bread croutons in it. Serve it hot in soup bowl. 

   
     

Spianach cream soup

Ingredients:-
    

        1.250 gm spinach
        2.One medium sized onion
        3.Two medium sized tomato
        4. Two table spoon cream
        5. Salt and black pepper according to need
        6.Two table spoon butter
Method:-
      Fry the small chopped onion in pressure cooker with butter.Wash the spinach and cut it mix it with fried onion.Cut the tomato and mix in it.Cook it well sieve the mixture in siever.

Now pour the butter in pan and add mixture in it .At the time of serving mix cream in it .Spinach soup is ready. Serve it hot.

Paan ripple
         
 Ingredients:-
                 1.Two and half cup milk
                    2.Two pan k pate 
                    3.Two three scoop vanilla ice cream
                    4. One spoon fennel seeds 
                    5.Half spoon green grated cardamon
                    6.One spoon gulkand
                    7.Two spoon poppy seed syrup
                    8.Three - four pieces ice
                    9.Some cherry for decoration
Method:-
       Prepare a paste from pan k pate, fennel seed,gulkand and poppy syrup. in a mixture.

Mix milk,Ice cream and ice in it and blind it till it will be floffy. Pour a prepared ripple in glass.

Now decorate it with pieces of pan and cherry.Serve it cold.  

Pista shake


 Ingredients:-
        1.Two milk
        2.15 - 20 soaked pistachio
        3.2-3 big spoon syrup
        4.Some grated pistachio for decoration
        5.Grated ice
Method:-
        Peel the soaked pistachio.Grind soaked, peeled pistachio, pista syrup and milk in mixer.

Cool the prepared mixture with ice.Pour it in glass and decorate it with pistachio.Pista shake is prepared.Serve it chilled.

Ingredients:-               1.Half papaya pieces
            2.Two spoon dry coconut powder 
            3.Half cup pine apple juice
            4.One cup milk
            5.Two three spoon sugar
            6.Half cup grated ice
            7.Cherry for decoration
    Method:-
              Mix all the ingredients in mixer and grind it properly.Pour prepared mixture in glass.

Decorate it with papaya pieces and cherry pieces.Serve it cold.

Mango

Mango curd shake 

Ingredients:-
         1.One cup ripe mango pulp
         2.One fourth cup shopped mango pieces
         3.Two cup fresh curd
         4.Half cup sugar
         5.Half cup grated ice
         6.One cpoon chopped pistacho
         7.Some pieces of green or red cherry
 Method:-
             Mix all the ingredients in mixi except cherry, mango pieces and pistachio.Mix curd in it and grind it properly.

When some fog will come than pour it in glass and spread cherry pieces or pistachio on it.Decorate it with  mango pieces.Mango curd chake is prepared.Serve it cold.

Shake

Rippled chocolate shake




            Ingredients:-
                      1.One glass milk
                      2.Two spoon sugar
                      3.One spoon coco powder
                      4.Two spoon water
                      5.Two spoon chocolate sauce
                      6.One scoop vanilla ice cream
Method:-
       Heat the coco powder,sugar,and water till sugar will melt.Let it cool and mix it in milk.Beat it with beater.

At the time of serving put milk in one third part of glass themn grease the corners of the glass with chocolate sauce.

Now fill one third part of glass with milk.Put scoope of vanila ice cream on it and dressing it with chocolate sauce.

Coke vanilla mix fiz 

  Ingredients:-
          1.Two scoope vanila ice cream
            2.100 ml cola
            3.Two spoon cura sova
   Method:-
          Keep cola and glass in fridge and let it cool.Now pour ice cream in glass and beat it till soften.

Now spread blue curasova on it.Add second scoope of ice cream on it.Add coke corners of the glass.Add straw in glass and serve it.
         
 3.Gem shake

Ingredients:-
            1.Four cup milk
              2.4spoon mix fruit jam
              3.100 gm cream
              4.Four - five drops straw berry assence
              5.sugar according to taste 
              6.Cho pped grapes according to taste 
              7.Grated ice according to taste 
Method:-
         Put milk and essence in a mixer.Mix it properly. Now add straw berry essence and cream in it.Mix it again.Gem shake is prepared.Serve it with grated ice or grapes pieces. 

  
   

Chocolate ras malai

Ingredients:-


       1.Six piece ras malai
            2.250gm bleated cream
            3.125 gm dark chocolate
            4.Two eggs
            5.15 gm melted sugar
            6.5 gm agar -agar
Method:-
         Melt the chocolate and mix it in beated cream.Now mix white part of the egg,sugar and agar - agar in it.Add chocolate mixture in the mold and put rasmalai in between and keep it in to freezer. After 30 minute put out from the freezer and serve it .

pudding

Gulkand pudding
               Ingredients:-


            1.20 gm gulkand
                     2.30 ml rose syrup
                     3.150 gm vanila ice cream
                     4.5 gm agar -agar
                     5.Some rose peteals
                     6.Water according to need 
          Method:-
             Cut the gulkand and mix it in vanilla ice cream.
   Mix agar- agar rose cyrup or gulkand mixture in hot water.Put it in a mold for one hour
 and keep it in fridge. After one hour take out from the fridge and garnish it with rose petals.
Gulkand pudding is prepared. Serve it hot.

Banana

Banana paniharam
          Ingredients:-
                 1.50  gm jamun without seed
                 2.80 gm ripe banana
                 3.100gm maida
                 4.60 ml milk
                 5.50 gm butter
                 6.5gm baking powder
                 7.Pomegranate seed for decoration
Method:-
             Mash the banana in a bowl and keep it aside.Now take another bowl and pour milk in it. ix maida melted butter and jamun in it.

Now add mashed banana and baking powder in it. Now mix batter in paniharam mold and cook it for 5 minutes.

Cook the mold from both the sides.Decorate it with Pomegranate seed.Banana paniharam is prepared.Serve it.
