The pickle

Parmal ka aachar
        Ingredients:-
             1.100 gm parwal
             2.One and half spoon coriander powder
             3.Half spoon turmeric powder
             4.One spoon dry mango powder
             5.One spoon red chilli powder
             6.One spoon mustard seed powder
            7.Half spoon fen u greek powder
            8.One fourth spoon garam masala
            9.One fourth spoon fennel seed powder
          10.One fourth cup oil.
          11.Salt according to taste
       
Method:-
      Wash the parwal and cut it in to four - four pieces.Spread salt on it.After one hour boil them for 3 minutes.

Mix all masala, salt and oil together and mix parmal in it.Keep it in sunlight.The pickle of parmal is prepared .Keep it inside the fridge for 10 days.
