jalebi

Apple and saffron jalebi
                Ingredients for jalebi batter :-
                         1.One small spoon east
                         2.One small spoon sugar
                         3.One cup maida
                         4.One spoon ghee
                         5.One apple
                         6. Oil for frying
           Ingredients for jalebi syrup:-
                         1.One cup syrup
                         2.Half spoon saffron
                         3.Two spoon rose water
                         4.One spoon milk
                         5.Apinch of saffron colour
         Ingredients for garnish :-
                        1.Some saffron
                        2.One spoon pistacho
                        3.Some rose petals
                   
       Method for jalebi batter :-
                         Take a bowl andmix sugar,east and some hot water in it.Now mix two pinch of maida in it and keep it aside for five minutes.

Now mix sugar and east mixture in maida. Mix ghee and some hot water in it and prepare thick batter from it.Keep it aside for one hour.Mix it properly.
      Method for syrup:-
                 Heat a saffron in pan and mix milk in it.Prepare a paste from it.To prepare a syrup mix sugar and one cup of water in a pan.Cook it for 10 minutes till it will be thick.

Now mix saffron mixture, saffron colour and rose water in it.Cook it on Slow flame for2 minutes.

Peel the apple and cut it in to round shape.Heat oil in pan and deep apple pieces in jalebi batter and fry it till golden.

Deep it in to syrup and garnish  it with saffron and rose petals.Serve it .
