Protein sticks:-
Ingredients:-
1.One boiled potato
2.One fourth cup chana dal
3.One fourth cup chole
4.One fourth cup black chane
5.Half small spoon dry mango powder
6.One chopped green chilli
7.One chopped onion
8.Two big spoon gram flour
9.One chopped capsicum
10.One chopped tomato
11. Salt according to taste
Method:-
Soak channa dal, chole, and black chana in water and boil it in pressure cooker with salt.Grind it in mixer with salt and green chilli.
Mix boil potato, mango powder and onion in it.Mix it properly and make rolls from it.Wrap rolls in gram flour and deep fry it in hot oil.cut the rolls into pieces.
Now take stick and put one piece of roll than onion than tomato piece.Protein stick is prepared. Serve it hot.
