How we make amratsari pulav


Ingredients:-
     1. Three cups boiled rice
     2.One cup boiled vari
     3.One cup tomato paste
     4.Two chopped onions
     5.Two table spoon red chilly
     6.One table spoon salt
     7.Two cardamon
     8.Two cloves
     9.One table spoon cumin seeds
   10.Two table spoon oil

Method:-
      Pour oil in a pan and heat it.Put all the condiments in it.Fry onion in it till brown.

Now add tomato paste in it and cook it till oil floats on top.Add rice salt and chilly powder in it.

Cook it for five minutes with vari.Amaratsari pulav is prepared . Serve it hot.
