Ingredients:-
1. Two cup milk
2. 9 table spoon ground sugar
3. Two table spoon corn flour
4. Two cups cream
5. Four drops vanilla essence
6. Three fourth table spoon gelatin
7. One table spoon hot water
Method:-
Mix gelatin and hot water. Stir continuously till it mixes well. Keep it
aside .Mix corn flour in half cup of milk. Boil one and half cup of milk.
After
one boil add mixture of corn flour and milk. Cook it on slow fire. Till it is
of coating consistency. Let it cool. When it cold enough mix all the
ingredients except cream. Keep it in the freezer for one hour.
Now put the
mixture in mixi with cream. Give three or four round. Put this mixture in air
tight container. Keep it in the freezer for three four hours. Vanilla ice cream
is ready.
