How we make continental roll






Ingredients:-
     For the dough
             1.One cup maida
             2.Four cup grated paneer
             3.Half table spoon salt
             4. One table spoon baking powder
 Method:- 
         Mix all the ingredients together.Make a plain dough with the help of water.Keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Now roll it with the roller like a chapati.Bake it on a gas tan door for three minutes or in electric oven for five minutes.

Ingredients for the covering:-
       1.One cup grated paneer
       2.Two chopped onions
       3.One and half cup tomato ketchup
       4.Four table spoon chilly sauce
       5.Half cup coriander leaves
       6.50gm grated cheese
       7.Salt according to taste
Method:-
     Mix all the ingredients together except cheese.Put this mixture over the baked roll.Decorate it with cheese.Bake it in gas tan door for three minutes and in electric oven for 5 minutes.
