How we make Kashmiri pulav


Ingredients:-
       1.One cup rice
       2.Two cups water
       3.One pod garlic
       4.One onion
       5.One onion
       6.One cup tomato paste
       7.Two cloves
       8.One bay leaf
       9.Half cup coriander leaves
      10.Two green chilli
      11.One table spoon oil
      12.Two cardamons
      13.Salt according to taste
   
Method:-
  
 Put all the ingredients except rice,water,oil and bay leaf and prepare a paste from it.


  Pour oil in a pan and heat it.Put bay leaf in it.Now add rice,water,salt,in it and cook it in high flame.After one boil cook it on slow flame till water is soaked.Kashmiri pulav is prepared. serve it hot.
