How we prepare Plain cake






Ingredients:-
     1.One cup maida
     2.One cup ground sugar
     3.Half cup ghee
     4.Two betan eggs
     5.One table spoon baking powder
     6.Half table spoon baking powder
     7.Half table spoon vanila essence
  Method:-
         Beat ghee and sugar together till it is light and fluffy.Mix maida and baking powder.

Sieve it well.Now mix it with the material prepared by mixing ghee and sugar by adding eggs slowly.

Now add vanila essence in it.

Grease the baking tin.Put this mixture in it.Bake it till it is light brown.Cake is prepared.
