How we prepare south indian pulav


Ingredients:-
     1.Two cups boiled rice
     2.One cup coconut powder
     3.Three cups mixed fried vegetables
     4.One cup tamarind water
     5.Half cup coriander leaves
     6.Six curry leaves
     7.One table spoon mustered seeds
     8.One table spoon chilly powder
     9.One table spoon oil
   10.Salt according to taste
 Method:-
        Put pan on flame.Add oil in it. heat it . Add mustard seeds and curry leaves in it.Now add rest of the ingredients in  it.Cook it on high flame for five minutes.South Indian pulav is prepared .Serve it hot with sambhar.
