How we prepare vegetable birayani




Ingredients:-
             1.Three cups boiled rice
             2.One cup boiled peas
             3.Two boiled potatoes
             4.Half cup boiled french beans
             5.One cup fried paneer pieces
             6.Two fried capsicum
             7.Two fried carrots
             8.One cup cabbage leaves
             9.Two fried onions
           10.One table spoon saffron
           11.Table spoon oil
           12.Half cup fried nuts
           13.Two green chillies
           14.Half cup hot milk
           15.Salt according to taste
 Method:-
           Put pan on a flame.Pour oil in it and heat it.Add all the condiments in it.

Now add all the vegetables in it.Cook it for two minutes on high flame.

Now add rice and nuts in it.Cook it for slow flame for two or three minutes.Vegetable birayani is prepared.

At the time of serving put hot milk and saffron on it.
