How we make paneer bhatura


 Ingredients:-
     1.One kg maida
     2.One cup curd
     3.One table spoon soda
     4.One table spoon baking powder
     5.Ghee for frying
     6. Three cups grated paneer
Method:-
 
     Mix all the ingredients and knead the Maida and make a plain dough with the help of water. Keep the dough aside for four hours. Now take small lumps from the dough and and shape in to small balls. Roll them with a roller like chapatti and stuff with grated  paneer.Roll it again with roller like a chapti.Fry it till it is light brown.Paneer bhatura is prepared.Serve it with chana masala.
