Ingredients:-
1.Half cup soaked dal(urad, arahr, moong)
2.One cup boiled rice
3.Half cup curd
4.One table spoon cumin seeds
5.A pinch of asafoetida
6.One table spoon oil
7.Two chopped green chillies
Method:-
Heat oil in a pan and fry dal in it till brown.Now add all the ingredients together.
Cook it for five minutes.Gujarati pulav is prepared.Serve it with curd.
