Ingredients:-
1.Two cups boiled rice
2.One cup khoya
3.One cup dry nuts
4.One table spoon kesar
5.Half table spoon yellow colour
6.Four green cardamon
7.One bay leaf
8.One piece cinamon
9.One table spoon oil
10.One table spoon salt
Method:-
Put pan on a flame. Heat it. Pour oil in it.Put all the condiments in it.Add color,mash khoya,and dry nuts in it.Cook it for three minutes.Now mix rice and salt and cook it for five minutes.Shahi pulav is prepared.Serve it hot.
