Ingredients:-
1.One cup maida
2.Half cup ghee
3.Half cup ground sugar
4.One fouth table spoon amonia
5.Four table spoon milk
6.One table spoon cocoa powder
Method:-
Mix ghee and sugar. Add maida in it and mix it properly.Now mix ammonia with milk and add this to the mixture of ghee,sugar and maida .Divide this mixture in to two equal parts.Keep one part plain and mix coco powder in other part. Now make two long roll of each part.Keep one plain roll one chocolate roll side by side.
Now keep chocolate roll over plain roll and plain roll over the chocolate roll.Keep it in the freezer for 45 minutes.After 15 minutes cut it in to slices.Bake it till light brown.
