Home made pickle

Baby corn aachar:-

 Ingredients:-
             1.One cup baby corn
                   2.Two three green chilli
                   3.One fourth small spoon red chilli powder 
                   4.One fourth small spoon garam masala 
                   5.Some chopped garlic 
                   6.One fourth small spoon turmeric powder 
                   7.Half small spoon lemon juice
                   8.One fourth small spoon mustard seed powder 
                   9.One fourth cup mustard oil
                  10.Salt according to taste 
            
 Method:-
          Wash the baby corn and cut it in to one centimeter pieces.Boil it in to water for two minutes.

Now heat the oil and add small chopped garlic,green chilli and remaining ingredients in it.

Add lemon juice and baby corn in it.Hand made baby corn pickle is prepared.Let it cool and fill it in container. 
                       
         

Tomato pickle

Ingredients:-

    1.Four five tomatoes [GREEN OR RED]
    2.Five six red chilli
    3.One big table spoon ginger
    4.One big table spoon garlic
    5.One and half table spoon musterd
    6.Half table spoon turmeric
    7.Half table spoon fenu greek seeds
    8.Half cup oil
    9.One fourth cup vinegar
  10.Salt according to taste

Method:-
      Wash the tomatoes and dry them.Cut the tomatoes.Now add turmeric,Salt and vinegar in it and keep it aside for one hour.

Now mix garlic, ginger,red chilli power Half mustard seeds and vinegar in it and grind it .

Heat the oil and add mustard seeds in it.After roasted the mustard seeds add fenu greek seeds in it and cook grinded masala in it.Now add tomato and vinegar in it.Cook it till oil floats on it.When it cools down than fill it in container.

Coconut pickle:-

Ingredients:-
         

 
       1.One cup grated coconut
          2.Two three garlic buds
          3.Four five green chilli
          4.One table spoon mustard seeds
          5.One table spoon coriander powder 
          6.One table spoon turmeric paste 
          7.Salt according to taste 

Ingredients for temper:-
  1.One fourth table spoon mustard seeds
  2.A pinch of asafoetida
  3. One fourth cup oil

   
Method:-
  Heat the oil and and add  ingredients of temper and all masala .Roast turmeric paste in it.after roasting add coconut  powder  in it.Cook it for one or two minutes.When it cools down fill it in container and keep it in freeze.
               

Pickle [ carrot laccha achar]


Ingredients:-
      1.250 gm carrot
      2.One and hale table spoon musterd seed powder
      3.Half table spoon red chilli powder
      4.Half table spoon coriander powder
      5.One fourth cup musterd oil
     6.One fourth table spoon turmeric powder
     7.One table spoon lemon juice
     8.Salt according to taste

Method:-
        Peel the carrots and grated it.Now dry it in sun light for half an hour.Mix all the ingredients and lemon juice in oil.Mix carrot in it and keep it in sun light for  four five days.Pickle is prepared.

    Ingredients:-

            1.Two three apples
            2.Half cup sugar
            3.One table spoon ginger
            4.Half table spoon garam masala
            5.One fourth table spoon red chilli powder
            6.Half table spoon dry ginger powder
            7.One table spoon lemon juice
            8.One fourth table spoon roasted cumin seeds powder
            9.Three big spoon water
           10.Salt according to taste
         
Method:-
       Mix sugar,water,ginger,garam masala,red chilli powder,dry ginger powder and salt together and cook it till sugar is melt.

Now add grated apple in it.and cook it till thick.Now add lemon juice and cumin powder in it.Apple pickle is prepared. Let it cool and fill it in container.

Pickle [beet root]

Ingredients:-
 
                





                 1.Two --Three beet root
                 2.Two big spoon vinegar
                 3.Three - four green chilli
                 4.One fourth table spoon turmeric powder 
                 5.Half table spoon fenugreek seeds 
                 6.One table spoon musterd seeds 
                 7.Apinch of asafotida
                 8.One big spoon coriander powder 
                 9.Four big spoon oil
               10.Salt according to taste
            
Method:-

           Wash the beet root and cut it than boil it for two minutes.Cut green chillies. Grind fenu greek seeds and mustard seeds

Now heat the oil and switch off the gas. Add asafoetida coriander powder,salt turmeric powder,Fenu greek and mustard powder in it..Mix chopped beet root and green chilli in it.
Mix vinegar in it . Beet root pickle is prepared.When it cools down fill it in jar.

sesame

Sesame seed bread stick

         
 Ingredients:-
             1.Three bread slice 
                   2.Three boiled potato
                   3.One big spoon small chopped capsicum
                  4.One big spoon roasted white sesame
                  5.Two small spoon butter 
                  6.Salt and black pepper according to taste
 Method:-
        Grate the potato and mix salt butter and black pepper in it.Separate the corner s of the bread slices.

Paste ghee on bread and cut it in to long pieces.Paste potato mixture on each bread slice and spread white sesame on it.

Bake the prepared pieces in OTG till pink or roast it in non stick pan. Sesame seed bread stick is prepared. 

Date cake



 Ingredients:-
         1.20  seedless dates
             2.Three fourth cup milk
             3.Half cup sugar
             4.One cup wheat flour
             5.Half cup oil
             6.One table spoon soda bi carbonare
             7.One big spoon walnut
             8.One big spoon cashew nut
             9.One lemon juice
           10.One big table spoon coco powder
  Method:-
       Cut dates in small pieces.Mix it with milk and sugar and put it in to blander.Blind it for one minute.Mix wheat flour oil and soda in it.Run for half minutes.

Grease a cake tin and spread flour on it.Pre heated the OTG. Mix lemon juice in prepared mixture and Pour it in greased box.

Bake it on 350 degree Fahrenheit for 35 to 40 minute.Nutritious cake is prepared full of iron and fiber.

A almond

Almond roll:-

     Ingredients:-
             1.150 gm almonds
             2.One big spoon gulkand
             3.Two big spoon sugar powder
             4.One big spoon ghee
             5.Saffron for decoration
Method:-
       Soak the almond in water for 5-6 hour.Peel the almond and grind it in mixi with milk and prepare a paste from it.

 Heat ghee in nonstick pan.Roast almond paste in it.Roast it care fully do not change the color of almond.When it cools down mix grated sugar in it.

Take some mixture from it and paste a layer of gulkand on it.Roll it and decorate it with saffron threads.Almond roll is prepared.

Katli

Mixed dry fruit katli:- 
 


Ingredients:-
         1.Half cup thick grated cashew nuts
         2.Half cup thick grated almond
         3.One big table spoon magaj
         4.One big spoon roasted white sesame
         5.Half cup grated eatable gum
         6.250 gm grated jaggery
         7.250 gm wheat flour
         8.Half table spoon cardamon powder
         9.150 gm pure ghee
Method:-
    Take one cup of water and add jaggery in it.When it melts sieve it Pour ghee in a pan and sieve it.Roast wheat flour on slow flame till it in golden.Switch off the gas and add all dry fruits,gum and sesame in it.

Now boil the solution of jaggery.When thin consequence is prepared than mix prepared ingredients in it.Spread it in greased plate.Cut it in to katli shape.

kukkies

Kaju kukkies:-
   




  Ingredients:-
             1.250 gm maida
             2.125 gm icing sugar
             3.50 gm milk powder
             4.25 gm custerd powder
             5.3-4 drops vanilla essence
             6.125 gm white butter
         7.One egg 
Method:-
             Beat the butter properly and mix icing sugar,milk powder and custard powder in i.

Mix egg in it and beat it well.Cut the cashew nuts in two pieces and mix it.Mix prepared maida in it and knead it well.Roll it with rollar and cut it in biscuit shape pieces.

Paste cashew nuts pieces on it and bake it on 180degree centigrade for 25 minutes.
     

Cinnamon rolls


Ingredients:-
      1.Two cup all purpose flour
      2.Two big spoon white butter
      3.Two table spoon grated sugar
      4.One table spoon baking powder
      5.One fourth spoon soda bicarbonate
      6.A pinch of  salt
      7.One big spoon brown sugar
      8.Three table spoon cinnamon powder

Method:-

Mix maida,grated sugar,baking powder,soda bi carbonate and salt together and sieve it from siever.Mix butter in it and mash it well.Mix little quantity of milk in it and knead it little bit thick.

Make small- small balls from dough and roll it with rollar.Now spread cinnamon powder and brown sugar on it and roll it again.Cut half inches thick round pieces from each roll.

Spread cinnamon powder on greased tray and put round pieces on tray.Bake it on 180 degree centigrade preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.Cook it properly till it will be fluffy.Cinnamon rolls are prepared.

Almond cake



Ingredients:-
       1.250 gm cake mix
       2.80 ml refined oil
       3.A pinch of salt
       4.One big spoon grated almond
       5.One big spoon chopped almond
Method:-
    Take 150 ml water and mix oil and salt in it.Add cake mix  in it and beat it properly.

Add all almond in it.If you want than add one egg in it [optional].Grease small-small cake tin and pour prepared mixture in it.Preheated the oven on 180 degree.Bake it for 25 minutes.

When cake leaves the corner of the pan than take out cake from pan and decorate it with pet ha cherry or almond.

Date

Stuffed dates:-
        

  Ingredients
                1.10 -12 big dry dates
               2. One cup milk
               3.One cup mix dry fruits
               4.One table rose water
               5.One big table spoon cream
               6.Half cup sugar
               7.Three fourth cup water
               8.Some saffron thread for decoration
            
Method:-
         Wash the dates and soak it in water for whole night.

Cut the dates in between and remove seeds from it.Mix milk powder and cream  in all dry fruits and mix it properly.

Cook it with sugar and water.When sugar mixed with water than add dry dates in it.Cook it on slow flame for two minutes.Separate the dates with syrup.

Fill all the dates with mixture.Decorate it with saffron threads and pistachio.

Salad

Carrot salad:-


         Ingredients:-
             1.Two big carrots
                   2.One inch piece of ginger 
                   3.One big spoon roasted white sesame
                   4.One table spoon honey
                   5.Apinch of black pepper power 
                   6.One table spoon olive oil.
                   7.One lemon juice
Method:-
             1.Wash the carrot and peel it.Grated the carrot.Now peel the ginger and wash it.Cut the ginger in long pieces.Mix honey and black pepper powder in it properly.

Heat olive oil.Mix olive oil and lemon juice in it.Add sesame in it.Salad is prepared.      

Patties

Walnut patties:-
      

Ingredients:-
            1.150 gm kabuli chana
            2.One big onion
            3.One tea spoon ginger paste
            4.One tea spoon green chilli paste
            5.One big spoon wal nut
            6.Salt according to taste
            7.Two boiled potato
            8.Oil for frying
            9.Two big spoon bread crunch
 Method:-
          Wash kabuli chana and soak it in to water. Add salt in it and boil it till it becomes soften.Mix onion in it.

Sieve chana from siever and leave extra water from chana.Grind chana in to mixer.Mix ginger,green chilli paste,boil and grated potato in it.Mash it well.

Take some mixture from it and give it to patties shape.Wrap it in to bread crunch.Patties is prepare.


Keep it in fridge for one hour.Solute corn flour in half cup of water and mix walnuts in it.Wrap this mixture on prepared patties and deep fry it in hot oil till golden.

kheer




Kheer makhana
             






 Ingredients:-
                        1.One cup makhana
                        2.Four cup skimped milk
                        3.Low callory sweetner according to taste
                        4.One spoon pure ghee
                        5.A pinch of nut meg powder
                        6.Small chopped dry fruits for decoration
                        7.Some cherry.
Method:-
           Pour milk in  pan and boil it.Fry makhana in non stick pan.Cut it in to two pieces.

Add makhana in boiled milk.Cook it till thick  on slow flame.Add nut meg powder and low callory sweetner in it.Set it in service bowl .

Now decorate it with dry fruits.Makhana kheer is prepared

Biscuits

CHOCO BISCUITS
          
INGREDIENTS:-
                        1.10 Mery biscuits
                        2.Three big spoon grated wal nut powder
                        3.One table spoon instant coffee powder
                        4.Two spoon cocopowder
                        5.Half cup water
                        6.10 tablet low callory sweetener
                        7.Some half pieces of almonds for decoration
                        8.Stand
Method:-
            Boil the water and add coffee powder,coco powder and sweetener in it.Let them cool.

Crack the biscuit and mix wal nut in it.

Now add water with coconut and Knead it well.Keep half piece of almonds on stand.Add small mixture in it and press it well and put out from the stand.Choco biscuit is prepared.

Low callory ras malai
  
    
  Ingredients:-
                1.Four ready made rasgulla
                2.Four cup skimped milk
                3.10-12 saffron leaves
                4.One fourth spoon cardamon powder
                5.Dry fruits for decoration
                6.Low callory sweetner
     Method:-
         Press the rasgulla with the help of palm.Keep it in hot water for ten minutes and again press it with light hands.Repeat this process for two times.Put milk on heat when it becomes half than switch off the gas.Add saffron,low callory sweetener cardamon powder and dry fruits in it.Add rasgulla in it.Low callory ras malai is prepared.

Recipe with banana

Banana roasty:-
       
Ingredients:-
            1.Three unripe banana
                 2.Half cup tomato sauce
                 3.One table spoon chilli flax
                 4.Some small chopped garlic
                 5.One big spoon ararot powder 
           6.Refined oil for frying
                 7.Some corn flour
                 8.Salt and red chilli powder
 Method:-
           Take  a pan and heat oil in it.Temper garlic in it.Now add chilli flax in it.Mix corn flour in water and add in it.Add sauce in it and cook it till it becomes thick.

Now peel the bananas and grated it.Mix salt ,red chilli and ararot in it.Make roasty like a tikki and cook it till golden.

Spread garlic chilli sauce on each roasty.Serve it hot.

Malpua

PANEERI MALPUA

 Ingredients:-
       1.Half cup full cream milk
           2.Half cup maida
           3.One big spoon semolina
           4.One fourth spoon green cardamon powder
           5.Half cup grated paneer
           6.250 gm sugar
           7.100 ml water
           8.One big spoon small chopped almonads
           9.One big spoon small chopped pistachio
         10.Pure ghee for cook the mal pua
 Method:-
      Pour the milk in pan and boil it till it is thick and becomes one fourth kg.Add sugar in it and let it cool.Add maida semolina,cardamon powder in it and cook it for 5 minutes.

Now add sugar and water in another pan and prepare thin syrup.Pour pure ghee on tava and put some mixture on it with the help of spoon.

Cook the malpua till golden.Malpua is prepared and soak it in syrup for one hour.Set it in serving plate and spread grated paneer,almonds and pistachio on it.







Kabab

Hara bhara kabab :-


Ingredients:-
       1. One cup chana dal
       2.One table spoon cumin seeds
       3.One big spoon cumin seeds
       4.Three small chopped green chilli
       5.Three cup blanched spinach leaves
       6.One cup green mashed pea
       7.One chopped potato
       8.One table spoon chat masala
      9.Half cup mint leaves
    10.Half cup bread crubs
    11.Refined oil
    12.Salt and red chilli powder according to taste
    
Method:-
     Soak chana dal in water for two hours.Heat one small spoon oil and temper cumin seeds in it.than add dal,Potato,salt,ginger and green chilli in it. mix it and add one cup water in it.Cook it till dal is soften.

When dal becomes soften than open the pressure cooker.Mash dal and potato with masher.Add spinach, mint leaves,and pea in it.When mixture becomes mix properly than add chat masala ,garam masala,salt and red chilli powder in it.

Now switch off the gas . Let them cool and prepare small-small kabab from this mixture.

Put bread crubs in a plate and wrap this kabab in it.Now fry each wrapped kabab on tava till golden.Harabhara kabab is ready.Serve it with tomato, onion pieces, sauce and chutney.

Nutrition

NUTRIOUS  FOOD:-


 Ingredients:-
               1. Half cup wheat flour
               2.Half cup soyabean flour
               3.Two big spoon gram flour
               4.Half cup grated carrot
               5.Half cup grated cucumber
               6.Half cup small hopped fenu greek leaves
               7.Three small chopped green chilli
               8.Half cup small chopped onion
               9.Two spoon oil for moan
             10.Three big spoon curd
             11.Salt and red chilli powder according to taste
Method:-
      Mix gram flour and soya bean flour in wheat flour.Mix all the ingredients in it and knead it little bit loose.Grease tava with oil.Take some mixture in hands and press it with the help of palm.

Now spread it on tava with the help of palm.Cook it on slow flame till golden.Harabhara kabab is prepared.Serve it with chutney or sauce.

Pen raita
          
Ingredients:-
                   1.Half cup sabot moong
                   2.One inches ginger piece
                   3.Two green chilli
                   4.Two cup beated curd
                   5.Two big spoon small chopped onion
                   6.Two big spoon small chopped tomato
                   7.Some pomegranate seeds for decoration
                   8.Refined oil
                   9.Cumin seeds
                 10.Salt according to taste
 Method:-
             Soak moong in water  for 5 - 7 hours.Sieve water from dal and grind it in to mixer with ginger and green chilli.Add salt in it.Paste of mixture should be like a pakora. If need add son\me water in it.

Now put tava on flame and heat it.Grease it with oil.Spread one big spoon mixture on it.Pan cake should be little bit thick.Roast it both the side  till red.When it cools down than cut square shape pieces from it.

Now add salt ,roasted cumin powder, chopped onion, tomato and pieces of pan cake in beated curd.Decorate it with pomegranate seeds.Pan raita is prepared . serve it .

Chilla titbit bhel:-
    
            Ingredients:-
              1.Four big table spoon moong dal flour
                    2.One table spoon small chopped ginger 
                    3.One table spoon small chopped green chilli
                    4.Three big spoon small chopped onion
                    5.Two big spoon small chopped seed less tomato
                    6.One big spoon small choppedcoriander leaves
                    7.Two cup puffed rice
                    8 Two big spoon roasted ground nuts
                    9.Namkin 0 number
                   10.Mint chutney
                   11.Meethi chutney
             12.refined oil for chilla
             13.Salt and chat masala according to taste
                  

             Method:-
                      Mix rice flour in moong dal flour.Beat it well and prepare paste as a pakora.Add coriander leaves and green chilli in
it.

Now heat the tava and spread some paste on it as a utppam.Cook it on slow flame from both the side.Let it cool and cut it  in square shape.

Now put tit bits in serving plate. Spread puffed rice and other ingredients on it.Mix both the chutny in it.Serve it.  

Pakora

Tava bread pakora:-

   Ingredients for filling:-
              1.One cup boiled and mashed potato 
                     2.One cup chopped green capsicum
                     3.One cup chopped yellow capsicum
                     4.One cup chopped red capsicum

                     5.Two spoon small chopped seed less tomato
                     6. Two spoon small chopped mint leaves
                     7.Two spoon small chopped carrot
                     8.Half cup small chopped cabbage
                     9.100Gm butter 
                    10.6 bread slice
                    11.Salt according to taste
                    12.Red chilli power and chat masala
  Ingredients for coating:-
              1.Half cup gram flour
                    2.One table spoon carom seeds
                    3.One table spoon coriander powder 
                    4.One fourth table spoon red chilli powder 
   Method:-
              Mix all the ingredients in mashed potato except carrot and cabbage.

Now prepare paste of gram flour by mixing one cup water salt, red chilli and caram seeds.

Paste butter one side of bread and spread potato mixture on it.Mix carrot and cabbage together and spread on it.Cover it with another bread slice.Cut it in to triangle shape.

  Now heat non stick pan  and  pour butter in it.Dip stuffed bread pieces in gram flour paste and cook it in butter till golden.




Serve it hot eith sauce and chutney.
                                               

   
   
 

Noodles

Noodles with hot veg:-

         Ingredients:-
                  1.One cup boiled noodles
                  2.Half cup paneer cubes
                  3.One cup red capsicum
                  4.One cup green capsicum
                  5.One cup yellow capsicum
                  6.One chopped carrot
                  7.Blanched corn
                  8.Half cup red chopped cabbage
                  9.One cup spianch leaves
                 10.Four tomatoes
                 11.One big spoon refined oil
                 12.Salt according to taste
  Method:-
           Boil the tomatoes and peel it .Prepare puri from the tomatoes.

Pour oil on tava and add puri in it.When it leaves oil than add cabbage and all vegetables in it.Mix it properly.Spread salt in it.

Spread noodles in a plate and spread all the cooked vegetables on it and decorate it with spinach leaves.

Pizza

Roti pizza
           Ingredients:-
               1.One cup wheat flour
               2.Half cup semolina
               3.One table spoon curd
               4.One table spoon refined oil
               5.Half table spoon baking powder
               6.One cup ready made rawa dosa powder
               7.Half cup chopped green capsicum
               8. .Half cup chopped red capsicum
               9.One fourh  cup chopped onion
             10.One big table spoon green onion leaves
             11.Salt according to taste
             12.Refined oil
Method:-
          Mix semolina,curd oil,baking powder,and salt in wheat flour.Knead a soft dough from it.and keep it aside for half an hour.

Now add water in rawa dosa mix and prepare thick paste from it.

Roll chapati with the help of roller and cook it from one side.Paste dosa mix paste on cooked side of roti and spread chopped vegetable s on it.Cook it from both the side roti pizza is prepaed.

                  2.Half cup long chopped onion
                  3.100 gm small chopped brokli
                  4.Half cup small chopped cauliflower
                  5.One cup long chopped green capsicum
                  6.One cup long chopped red capsicum
                  7One cup long chopped yellow capsicum
                  8.One cup small chopped green onion leaves
                  9.150 gm cube shape d paneer
                10.Two big spoon grated carrot

At the time of serving spread soya sauce and chilli sauce on it.

breakfast meals

Rice upma:-


Ingredients:-
     

      1.One cup swa rice
       2.One boiled potato
       3.One onion
       4.One tomato
       5.One green chilli
       6.One cup boiled pea
       7.One cup fried ground nut
       8.One fourth cup coriander leaves
       9.Half table spoon lemon juice
     10.One fourth table spoon mustard seeds
     11.One fourth cup grated coconut
     12.One fourth table spoon salt
     13.Three table spoon oil
    
Method:-
      Soak sawa rice in to water for one hour.Pour oil in pan and add mustered seeds in it.When mustered seeds will temper than add onion in it.Cook the onion till light brown.Add tomato,green chilli,pea , potato,ans salt in it.

Now add one and half cup of water and rice in it.Cook it for twelve- fifteen minutes.Spread lemon juice coconut powder,peanuts and coriander leaves on it. Rice upma is prepared.Serve it with curd.

Dilkash kofta 

       Ingredients:-
              1.Three potatoes
              2.Half cup gram flour
              3.One cheese cubes
              4.Half cup paneer
              5.Two big table spoon fresh cream
             6.Two big table spoon coconut powder
             7.One big table spoon coriander leaves
             8.One table spoon chopped green chilli
             9.Two onions
            10.Salt according to taste
     Method:-
            Peel the potato and mash it Properly.Mix paneer,cheese,cream,salt,gram flour green chilli ,coriander leaves and coconut leaves in it.Mix it well.Prepare small- small balls from it.Wrap it in thin layer of gram flour and deep fry in hot oil.Kofta is prepared.Serve it hot with chutney.We can serve it with onion tomato gravy.

How we make healthy bite

 Ingredients:-
          1.Half bowl gram flour
          2.Half bowl oats
          3.Half bowl wheatflour
          4.One big table spoon soyabean flour
          5.Half table spoon salt
          6.One fourth table spoon red chilli powder
          7.One fourth cup grated radish
          8.One fourth cup grated carrot
          9.One fourth cup chopped spinach
        10.One fourth cup grated cauliflower
        11.one chopped green chilli
        12.One big spoon coriander leaves
        13.One fourth cup paneer masala
        14.oil according to need
Method:-
       Mix all dry ingredients and knead it properly.

Mix all chopped ingredients with paneer and prepare filling .Keep grated radish and carrot in between hands and press it well.

Divide the kneaded flour into equal parts and make roll from it.fill each roll with filling and roll it with roller.Fry it on tava as paratha.Serve it hot with chutney or butter.

      

How we make palak paneer

Palak paneer magic:-
          





 Ingredients:-
                        1.Half kg spinach
                        2.Two bowl masala paneer 
                        3.three -four green chilli
                        4.Some coriander leaves
                        5.One fourth cup raisins
                        6. One fourth cup cashew nuts
                        7.One fourth cup almonds
                        8.Half table spoon salt
                        9.Half table spoon black pepper powder 
                       10.Two big spoon butter 
          Method:-
                 Wash and clean the spinach.

Mix green chilli,coriander leaves,dry fruits,salt and black pepper in mashed paneer .Collect this mixture and make roll from this mixture

Now give steam the spinach leaves till it will soften. Arrange these leaves in tray and put ball of paneer on them and roll it. take the roll from the steam and cut it in to round pieces.Paste butter or spread rings both side of the roll and keep it in preheated oven.Palak paneer magic is prepared .Serve it with hot tea or coffee.

How we make dal saag

Dal with saag:-
           

 Ingredients:-
             1.One bowl urad dal
                   2.One bowl chopped fenugrek leaves
                   3.One bowl chopped bathua
                   4.One inch piece of ginger 
                   5.One onion
                   6.5-6Dry red  chilli
                   7.5-6 Fresh green chilli
                   8.One fourth spoon asafoetida
                   9.Half table spoon salt
                  10.Half table spoon turmeric powder 
                  11.Half big table spoon pure ghee
                
Method:-
        Soak the dal in water.Cut the onion length wise and grate the ginger.

Put two bowl water, dal,salt, turmeric powder,bathua, fenu greek leaves,ginger  and chilli in pressure cooker.Cook it till soften.

Now take a pan and heat ghee in it.Add red chilli and asafoetida in it. Let it tempered.

Add chopped onion in it and cook till red.Add green chilli in it and prepared temper for dal. 

Add prepared temper in dal and mix it properly.Dal sag is pepared and serve it hot with nan or chapati.
