Indian sweet recipes

Balusahi
Ingredients:-
      1.250 gm allpurpose flour
         2.100 gm ghee
         3.A pinch of baking powder 
         4.Ghee for frying
         5.Two big spoon curd
 Ingredients for syrup:-
      1.40 gm sugar
         2. one and one fourth cup water 
         3.saffron according to need 
         4.Rose water 
         5.Chopped pistachio for decoration
          
Method:-
      Prepare a syrup and keep it aside.Pour rose water and saffron in it.

Mix baking powder, soda,and ghee in maida. Knead it with the help of curd and water.Cover it and keep it aside for half an hour.Divide it in to 10-12 parts.Make ball from it.

Fry it on low flame in hot ghee.When it becomes light brown than put it in to syrup.Balu sahi is prepared.Decorate it with
